I recently purchased a vehicle and it was the most hassle free experience I’ve had to date. Like many folks, I hate going to car lots and dealing with sales folks who are cold or aggressive when discussing your purchase. That’s not the case at Dean Team Volvo. I told them what I was looking for and the sales representative, Courtney did everything she could to find several options. The ONLY stress I had was finally picking the car I wanted. All the vehicles were stellar and Courtney was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Moreover, she kept in contact after the purchase to ensure I was happy with vehicle. She is very honest and sincere about marking sure I was happy. Additionally, other Deam Team members, Ray and Scott were great in getting me set up with the tech in car once purchase was made. All the staff were very friendly and approachable and not pushy or uninterested. I felt like I was a valued customer, who had been buying from them for years, and this is my first experience with the Dean Team Volvo. When I buy again, I will stop at the Dean Team Volvo FIRST! Courtney, Scott, and Ray were awesome. If you’re looking for a new or especially a pre-owned vehicle ask for Courtney and she’ll take care of you.
