My wife and I had a great experience at Ferman Volvo buying her 2025 XC60. It’s the perfect car for her and she loves it! Josh was a great salesperson to deal with. He knows the vehicles, is patient and is not pushy at all. He was accommodating when we wanted to try out 4 different vehicles before finally choosing our XC60. Coleton in Finance was equally pleasurable to deal with. We flew through the paperwork and Coleton was thorough in describing the various protection and warranty options available but did not try to force any products on us. We had one issue with the vehicle that we noticed during the delivery process, but Jackie and the Service team took care of it for us in no time at all once the part arrived. And the vehicle was spotless when we got it back! Kudos to the whole Ferman Volvo team. You will likely have us as long time customers based on how well we were treated.
