Where to even start with this place!? Was told I needed front brakes during a routine oil change, as pads were down to 3mm (which is as thing as brake pads should get before rubbing metal on metal/rotor), but as I usually do refused and instead had a local mechanic check it out. Well, here's the PROOF of these pads having at least HALF life left with the exception of ONE pad, but even that one was nowhere near "3mm" as they stated! And the dealer wanted over $300-$400 for parts and labor for work they CLAIMED needed to be done ASAP? Secondly, was told it would cost $100 to replace a "Cabin Air Filter", which is $20 on Amazon and a 10 min job being just inside the glove box. How in the world could you quote over $100 for something so simple and cheap? Thirdly, were quoted over close to $200 just to replace spark plugs at the same appointment, only to buy the plugs ourselves for $30 total (4 plugs) and labor of 30min for a "First Timer".... By the way, I'm writing this review for my Wife, who was the one they tried taking advantage of! Shame on you!
