BMW of Raleigh

I just purchased my second BMW X5 from Ales Olecky at Leith. I went back to Leith, specifically to Ales, because of the high-quality, professional and attentive service he provided the 1st time around. Neither were brand new vehicles, but you would have thought they were for the excellent service and attention I received. Ales has stayed in touch over the years and I would always say hi to him if I was at the dealership for something. He is extremely patient and knows how to listen and address concerns. He isn't pushy or overbearing. I was bringing my old X5 in for service with Heather and Jason (who both are also excellent and extremely attentive and professional), but when I found out how much work needed to be done, I decided to trade it in. I found what I wanted literally immediately on the website, found the vehicle I wanted and texted Ales. He responded immediately and I was in the dealership that afternoon at 3pm to find Ales waiting for me outside with the vehicle cleaned and ready, paperwork ready to sign. ALL through texts and a couple phone calls. After a quick test drive and final paperwork with the finance guy (can't remember his name, but I have his card in the vehicle- he was excellent as well), I was on my way. Leith stands by their vehicles and will quickly correct anything that's wrong after you drive your vehicle off the lot. I will be a customer of Ales and Leith for a long time to come!
