Herb Chambers MINI of Boston

This was my third time doing business with this dealership. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. With my latest “MINI,” I had the pleasure of working with Sam. He went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted and his attention to every detail made the transition seamless. He was relentless in checking daily inventories and always responsive to my every email or phone call. He is extremely educated on the product he sells and a such pleasure to work with. A special thanks to Katie and Liz as well for all their efforts and accommodations in giving me the best price out there. They take the stress out of negotiating and literally make the financial aspect of the process stress free. There is no other dealership out there that can compete. If you’re in the market for a Mini Cooper, they are hands down the best at what they do in the Boston area and I would never consider going anywhere else.
