Andrew has done an exceptional job overseeing service for my RC 350. I will always bring my car back to Andrew and Westside Lexus. Additionally, Mark Thomas oversaw some repair work in the collision center and did an outstanding job. The only disappointment was the rental car experience with Enterprise. The agents performed the worst I have ever experienced and hope changes will be made to the staff.
