I was notified by email that my 5 month 5,000 mile maintenance should be scheduled. I used the online scheduling request program offered by Brent Brown Toyota. The format was easy to follow and there were no issues with booking a time for my Tundra. I was able to have my vehicle maintenance performed in acordence with MY schedule! As we all know in this day and age time is very important to all of us. I was told by John Wiscombe my service rep.,that my vehicle would be ready in a hour. I was at a meeting that last over a hour and when I returned to the dealership my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. I received a written and verbal explanation from John, of the work that was performed on my vehicle. I also received information regarding on may next scheduled service. The interaction with the folks at Brent Brown Toyota have always been a treat. I was impressed with my ability to drop my vehicle off have it worked on and have it ready to go. As I said in my title easy come easy go. I was in and out as promised. I also like the idea that there was no “up sale” from your John. To me that helps with my perception of your staff friendliness. I was also contacted by Nicole Shillcox who simple greeted and welcomed me and helped me get my truck set up for my appointment. I look froward to my next interaction with your staff.
