Second vehicle we’ve brought at Ricart the past 2 1/2 years! Mark Geiger was our sales person and he was awesome to work with! Not pushy!!! Listen to our concerns and was knowledgeable with our questions. Highly recommend Mark! James Burns in finance was also a joy to work with! Made that process easy. Can’t leave out the sweet girl, Ashley I believe, who took our down payment! The only real negative remark I have is in regard to our experience with “Amy Ingram”. I understand that is the AI response system. The email responses were not helpful. When I requested information on specific cars I only got emails that said I would be getting that information “soon”. I never did.
