Audi Royal Oak

My wife and I walked into Royal Oak Audi the other day and was never greeted by anyone. Not sure how many Sales guys were working at the time but the one Asian guy was speaking to a customer next to us. Another customer was sitting down at a desk with a sales rep and seemed to be going through details of a vehicle. A few other guys were standing behind the reception area along with two receptionists/admin. NOBODY bothered to greet or ask how they could help us or give us a timeframe on when we would be assisted (note: we were the only other customers in the showroom). We hopped into a few vehicles to check out their interior and their pricing, etc. But after 15 minutes of browsing with not a single "hello", we decided to leave. A different woman was actually walking down the stairs and looked directly at me but didn't bother saying hi. Is this supposed to be a Luxury Car Dealership? Nothing luxurious about the experience.
