Terrible communication. I had to email management after no one would take my call. I showed up in person asking for the manager and he left out the back door. They blamed me for the lack of communication. I should have learned from the time before when they didn't put the car back together correctly. Parts were hanging and missing a ridiculous amount of fasteners. I will never return to this location, and I may never purchase another Honda.
