We went to Herb Chambers to purchase a used mini van we saw on their website. The dealership was beautiful and amazing, so knowing we weren't buying a high end vehicle, My husband and I felt out of place a saw on their website. The dealership was beautiful and amazing, so knowing we weren't buying a high end vehicle, My husband and I felt out of place at first BUT right from our 1st interaction at front desk everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable. Our salesman was Xavier and we couldnt of asked for anyone better. He showed us the van and was able to answer all our questions even though not a brand that is sold at dealership. Xavier was attentive to what we needed and talked us through different payment scenarios to get us to one that worked for us. He had a very calming nature about him which definetly helps when making a big purchase. We also dealt with Sonjay in finance and had a great experience. He helped us get everything we needed and kept our payments right where we wanted. Sonjay was very personable and made us feel right at ease. We would HIGHLY recommend Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and encourage you to ask to for Xavier as your salesman, he is amazing! More
