Excellent customer service. Top rated. Vehicle price was reasonable compared to other dealers. Lexus pre-owned certified warranty covers maintenance for 2 years. I would say service department needs to be more careful with vehicle full inspection before it is released to owner. I had to go back for service on front suspension in less than a week after purchase and service department tried twice until they fixed it after my complaints. More
