I live in middle Tennessee and found my new car at Herb Chambers in Sharon online. They made me feel as if I were their only customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even being pro-active and making my car look better than when I first saw it (removed road rash from rims without me even questioning it). I flew up to do a look over and test drive and was not disappointed with their sincere and genuine effort to make sure I was happy throughout... as well, Sanjay guiding me through the financing/sales side of getting my car to me in Tennessee. If/when I buy another car, I'll be looking at Herb Chambers of Sharon first... definitely made me trust the online car purchase process. I've never had a better car buying experience... no pressure whatsoever. More

There was a lack of communication while buying car. Was unable to get prices of accessories from salesperson. Be aware of this financing crews they will mark up points on top of the original interest rate, remember 1 marked up point is equal to 1% interest rate, like my case he added 2 points (2%) on top of the original bank approval. If you’re not careful Andrew Tavares will eat you alive. More
