Bought a used car in June. The day I picked it up the air conditioning was not working. They had me bring it back the next day and said they would test it. They tested it and did something else to it but it was not working again two weeks later. I did this all summer with these guys. They refused to replace the air conditioner, which they should have because the bill of sales indicated that it was running. All the time spent going back and forth there thinking that at some point they would just replace it but they never did. So now it’s going to be another $2800 out of my pocket. Not good! Don’t buy a used car there. More

The service department is terrible. They booked an appointment for me on a day when their dealership was closed. They even sent me a text a few days before asking me to confirm the appo They booked an appointment for me on a day when their dealership was closed. They even sent me a text a few days before asking me to confirm the appointment. I drove all the way there only to find that it was closed for Louis Riel Day. Why are they booking appointments for a day when they are not even open? I have called the numerous times to follow up but have received no response. This dealership is happy to take your money when you buy a car but can't be bothered to provide good service if you have a recall notice or need to get some maintenance done on your car. I will definitely be buying my next car somewhere else. More
