In particular, Ronnie always makes herself available for any questions or concerns I have. She returns calls at all hours of the day (even after she’s left the office). Ronnie continually keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle and makes reasonable service recommendations without being pushy. This is my 2 consecutive car purchased from this dealer and I would not go anywhere else to have it serviced. I’ve been working with Ronnie for years and she deserves the full 5 star rating. More

Since our cars are so reliable, we rarely need non scheduled maintenance, but even when we have, Ronni is always there to explain the problem to us and recommend the best solution. We purchased another brand of car a couple years ago, but after experiencing the service department of a competitor, we traded it for another Lexus within six months. Ronni s AMAZING!!!! I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I I contacted Ronni to let her know my car was making a particular noise. She asked me to describe the noise which was challenging but I did the best I could by saying it sounded like a spinning pinwheel that was hitting something like a pencil!! She got it!! She said she thought she knew what it was and was able to decribe it to her technicians so the problem was corrected!!! To have a service advisor who understands cars the way Ronni does is priceless!! I wouldn’t trust my lexus to anyone else but Ronni at Herb Chambers Lexus!!!
