I had a totally unexpected issue with my Lexus at noon time on a Friday. My hood would not latch shut. I was to leave on an out of state trip the next morning. I called Ronnie and she told me to come ri time on a Friday. My hood would not latch shut. I was to leave on an out of state trip the next morning. I called Ronnie and she told me to come right in. When I arrived, she had already checked to verify that the latch assembly was available in stock and if needed, they would repair it while I waited. The latch was defective and my car was repaired. I was back on the road in a little over an hour. Ronnie has supported me for many years at the dealership and I can say that I have never been disappointed. In my opinion, she is extremely knowledgeable of the product and Lexus is lucky to have her as a team member. More
