From the day we picked up our new vehicle (and it wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, and they hasn’t installed all the accessories we had purchased) to every service visit since (where we regularly have to ready at the scheduled time, and they hasn’t installed all the accessories we had purchased) to every service visit since (where we regularly have to return because they forgot something), it boggles my mind that the lights are still on. I have trying to fix a noise in my brand new Hyundai palisade for almost an year at Finch hyundai and the noise was not fixed. A lot of parts have been changed under warranty but the noise is still ther palisade for almost an year at Finch hyundai and the noise was not fixed. A lot of parts have been changed under warranty but the noise is still there. I have been to Finch Hyundai about 10 times and the issue is still not fixed, every time they will replace a part it has to ordered and I have to go back when the parts arrive to be installed but they are not able to fix the noise issue. The last time I was there was yesterday and they a parts need to be replaced and it back order and they will call me when it arrives to bring my car to get it installed. I regret that a bought a Hunydai Palisade and will keep telling everyone I know not to buy a plasside. More
