My service manager, Mark Forcucci and his team, performed the work and finished the job and returned my vehicle to me in the same day. Mark, has always made sure that my vehicle is always returned in tip top shape (washed and the inside cleaned perfectly (it would definitely get the Good Housekeeping seal of approval.) Also, Mark has always been the ultimate professional service manager and listens to any issues that I may have with my Lexus and ensures that all issues are addressed. I am a very happy Lexus owner, thanks to Mark Forcucci and his staff. More

I can't say how easy they make the car buying experience as well as how they always treat you as a "guest" whenever you are in the dealership. Having bought my last 3 cars from Spiro Costa (who retired) I was a little nervous to meet a new salesperson. How lucky was I to be introduced to Sam Pellows. We immediately connected and he made the whole process easy, pleasant and fun! He listened to my needs and made the great suggestion about my getting a hybrid. From "shopping" to "making the deal" to "taking delivery", everything was seamless and all my needs were met. I highly recommend working with Sam for your next purchase. Also, Mark Forcucci has been my service "person" since I bought my first Lexus and he is always professional and wonderful to work with. More

Mark comes through again! We have 4 cars at our house so it seems there is always service due on 1 of them. Most recently it was rear brakes. Great Service There are 4 cars at my house so it seems that 1 of them is always ready for some type of service. Most recently it was 4 new tires and brakes.
