Excellent service, highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. My car was picked up & dropped off on time. Received a call from Mark Forcucci to go over the service that was going to be provided. Recei of Sharon. My car was picked up & dropped off on time. Received a call from Mark Forcucci to go over the service that was going to be provided. Received a follow-up call from Mark a few days after the car was returned to ensure everything was fine & there were no issues. Not many dealerships will actually call you after having service to ensure everything was fine. This shows a strong commitment to customer service. More

I was hearing a subtle noise in my car as if the brakes were stuck on or something. My service manager Marc always encourages me to come in and have things checked out, herb chambers lexis It’s always a were stuck on or something. So Mark had a service people take my car for test drive put it on the lift and take a look at it. Then he called me down and showed me how my wheel was unsafe, Very unsafe. He said to be home in a loaner and fixed my car that day, call me and I return the loaner and picked up my car. I am very happy that Mark keeps me safe, and doesn’t mind when I come in because I heard a silly noise. He takes it seriously and I’m glad he takes care of me and my car More

I bought my 2007 Lexus ES350 at Herb Chambers in 2006. 15 years and 153,000 miles later, I still choose to get my car serviced at Herb Chambers. A key part of that is the continuity I’ve enjoyed with my Service Coordinator, Mark Forcucci. This is my third Lexus (two new and a certified pre-owned for my daughter as her first car). Mark has always given me excellent, honest advice. He tells me what must be done and gives recommendations for others items and lets me know which can be deferred. When my daughter was taking her car off to college out of state, as a father with daughters of a similar age, he ensured her car was safe and ready for a 1000 mile trip. Mark also provides options to ensure I get the best value for the money spent on service. After my most recent service, which included new tires and rims, as well as a thorough detailing, the car looks brand new and ready for another 150,000 miles. I’ve always appreciated the service and the amenities at Herb Chambers (When I lived in Metrowest I would use the business center and cafe when waiting or get a complimentary loaner).. When I moved to the Cape Cod, I learned that Herb Chambers offered complimentary valet service (deliver a loaner, pick up my car, and bring it back after completion of service). This wonderful option has allowed me to continue service at Herb Chambers. Thanks to Mark and the great team of technicians and part managers who deliver a complete customer service experience. More
