Received a pre-collision system malfunction alert on the Lexus Enform App after Safelite replaced my windshield. Being a safety issue I wanted Lexus to look at it. I spoke with someone at Lexus who said the Lexus Enform App after Safelite replaced my windshield. Being a safety issue I wanted Lexus to look at it. I spoke with someone at Lexus who said they were going to have Mark call me to discuss the problem. Mark called me within minutes of that conversation. He scheduled an appointment to look at my car same day within a couple hours of speaking to him. They did a scan on my car right when I arrived to verify Safelite did the recalibration correctly & that everything was fine. Everything checked out fine with only a reset needing to be done. Mark & Lexus helped to resolve the issue very expeditiously. More

I made an urgent appointment to check brakes on my 2013 Lexus. Dealer did thorough investigation and said the brake performance was still within acceptable limits.
