Needed a checkup and had an unusual problem with trunk light staying on. and a buffup on some scraping on the fender. Mark, as always, but helpful and patient while we explained the problems. I have been coming here for service for 16 years and is it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service and expertise I get from this place far outweighs the drive and I could always do the valet service but I would miss the attention to detail and also the muffins in the cafe from Pam and the way she treats me is well worth it! More
