Our experience with Ken was a great one! I was interested in a special car for my granddaughter's first car. I called and got Ken and let him know that there was only a certain amount of money that we were a in a special car for my granddaughter's first car. I called and got Ken and let him know that there was only a certain amount of money that we were able to spend. He was able to get that car within my budget which was perfect. Ken was also easy to talk to and was very supportive of my granddaughter in answering any questions that she had and showing her all about the vehicle. The vehicle could have been cleaned up a little more on the inside, found some dog food and previous owners items when we got it home, and a lot of pet hair on the ceiling of the vehicle.
