First of all, he answered my questions on the phone before I came out vs other dealers who just try to get you to come in and are elusive with answers. He and his staff educated me on buying a Porsche and all the options and what to look for when pricing. He took a video of the car I was interested in before I came in and sent it to me as to not waste my time (actually for 2 cars) All of the staff is so friendly. People would say "hi" to me as I walked in even though I was not their customer. I had a ton of data and his price was better than Newport Beach and Woodland Hills Porsche for a CPO Car. Entire staff is low pressure - High consultative He encouraged me to test drive various cars, unlike other Porsche dealerships that make you feel uncomfortable to ask and don't really offer. He worked with me on pricing without manipulating numbers. He simply made a couple of concessions after I asked and although they were not as low as I asked, they were very generous and fair. Afterwards he helped with issues he did not have to. He helped me cancel my warranty with Circle Audi so I could get money back. The people there were being very difficult when it came time to refund the remainder of my warranty. Even the finance manager at this Porsche dealer stepped in to help and even made calls to Riverside Audi to help. They didn't have to do this and made nothing (no additional money) but a great impression with me. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Amazing Absolutely the single best car buying experience in my life of buying cars. I wish I could give 10 stars. I was referred to John Beech by a friend. Absolutely the single best car buying experience in my life of buying cars. I wish I could give 10 stars. I was referred to John Beech by a friend. I reached out and we scheduled a few calls that I missed and he courteously, but without being pushy, followed up and I told him I was looking for a daily driver that would be a good value and I wasn't being too precious. He shot me an offer on lease of a 2017 Macan service loaner that was astonishingly good. Everything from the negotiation (which there really wasn't, as it was great to start) to the finance application was simple and easy, and all completed site unseen of the actual car, by phone and e-mail, within 24 hours. Now, issues happen, you can't be upset about hiccups, it's how a dealer fixes them that shows their true colors. As mentioned, I negotiated site unseen, even paid the down payment by credit card over the phone before arriving. After I signed the papers I noticed there was a scratch on the rear tailgate. Again, it was a service loaner and I wasn't being too precious. John took it in into the Service area and hand waxed the spot. It looked acceptable. John texted on the way home to thank me, and ensure there was nothing I needed help with regarding the vehicle functions in the car on my way home. Excellent. When I got home I noticed in certain light they were a bit worse than expected. Oh well. I emailed my detailer to ask how much it would cost to correct. A few hundred dollars. Not a huge deal but disappointing nonetheless so I forwarded the e-mail to John and said exactly that: "I'm not going to make a fuss but a bit disappointing." John called me not more than 30 seconds later asking if they took care of it, would that be satisfactory? Absolutely. Without hesitation they offered to reimburse me for the repair, which frankly probably means they're losing money on this deal. What responsibility, what service. The process was so seamless and legitimately enjoyable that had they told me "I'm sorry, but it's a used car" I still would have given them a 5 star review. I will never even consider another Porsche dealer and will vociferously and enthusiastically refer Walter's as long as John Beech is an advisor there. They truly know how to treat a client. Amazing, Walter's, and thank you, John. More

Every two years I have changed my car and visited many different dealerships. I can say, I have had many different type of cars and experiences. It really makes a difference to meet people who not only in business selling you a car, but also make you part of family circle and be so respectful to you. Through in my experience, I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Ed McRae, general manager in Walter Porsche. From first visit in Dec. 2016 that I met Mr. McRae, he welcomed us and directly helped and introduced to us the different car options and different type of trims on Porsche 911 models. We were very pleased with his explanation and friendliness. We decided to go back to Walter Porsche and placed a customized 911 4S to our specification and price range back in Feb. 2017. Today, after couple months wait, I picked up my wonderful car. His staff did every effort possible to meet our expectation and finalized deal for us. At the end of day, he did met us again and congratulate us on our new car. We chat about my car, explained to us changes were made this year to the car, talked about racing track and other things can be added to make the car unique and shines in the crowd even more. Mr. McRae is wonderful person to know and I am glad I did visit Walter Porsche show room. He provided us environment that I have never seen anywhere else through my experience buying cars anywhere else. I strongly believe a great team, comes with great leadership and does not matter what business you are in. It was our pleasure to know him and I am sure I will be in contact with team in future for my next car. I definitely advice Walter Porsche to everyone.
