We picked out a vehicle, actually two and could not decide. Heath was very understanding and work with us while decided what we wanted. I had a troubling experience at another Jeep dealer and decided to come to Golling. I asked at the front desk for someone with knowledge and experience with Wranglers. I was directed to Heath. I wanted to order the 10th Anniversary Rubicon and Heath made it happen. He sent me weekly emails keeping me informed of my status and was always available to answer any questions I might have had. When I came in to do the paperwork for my new Jeep I wasnt pawned off to another person. Heath did it all himself. He didnt try and "sell" me anything either. He merely suggested certain things. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Golling. I will definitely be back in the near future and Heath will always be my guy at Golling. Our experience at Golling was better than we ever expected. We had been to 3 other "local" dealerships closer to our area prior to visiting Golling but were not happy with the way we were treated or expected. We made the 40 minute trip to Golling and was immediately impressed with the amount of vehicles available on the lot. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted with a smile by every employee the entire time. Our salesman Heath Weishuhn was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in, a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. He took us on 3 test drives with 3 different vehicles that day. He made us feel as if we were his only customer and never once did we feel like we were being rushed or pressured in any way. This alone was a complete relief and took the stress out of finding the right vehicle for us. We had several factors were were dealing with and he went out of his way to help "make it happen" for us. He touched base every day, without any pressure. I was impressed with the customer service not only from him, but from the entire team. People always held open doors, said hello as we passed or just gave us a quick smile. We received an e-mail from the office team to let us know they were there to help if we needed it also. When we bought the car, Heath spent a great deal of time with us going through each setting, button, and knob so we knew everything about the car. We decided on buying slush mats and the parts guy, Drew came right over, talked to us about them, gave us a great price and brought them over and put them into our car for us. He also helped us pick out some new Jeep gear like hats and a shirt. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and would like to thank Heath for helping us find our perfect vehicle. WE LOVE IT!! We will definitely be back for our next Jeep purchase. We have also decided to make Golling our dealership for service, even despite the fact that it is not in our immediate area. And we will recommend all of our Jeep-owned friends (there are 5 of us) to also come to Golling when they are ready again too! My husband and I have been dealing at Golling for years! Heath has become like a part of the family, we have become so comfortable with him, he has sold us numerous vehicles, (8 I believe), and after all th Heath has become like a part of the family, we have become so comfortable with him, he has sold us numerous vehicles, (8 I believe), and after all these years we couldn't think of anyone else to go to for our vehicles. What really impressed me this time was the patience that Heath had with us. We were so unsure of which vehicle we wanted. We knew the color we wanted, but ended up getting another color because of the car we FINALLY decided on didn't come in that color. Did we want a 200 or a Dart. We were going from a 7 passenger Journey, with lots of room, to a much smaller vehicle, mainly to get better gas mileage. We are getting older, but, we are raising a grandchild who is 6, and had to take room into consideration, for him also. We went back and forth, and Heath just answered questions, and smiled, and laughed at the right times, and remained patient, while us old folks tried to make up our minds. We did finally decide on the Dart limited. And I am glad we did. So thank you Heath, for you help in our decision. We love the fact that Golling is close to us. We have always received very friendly service, and it seems they are interested in hiring people who really care about customers, and I like that. And of course we love Heath Weishuhn, the very best!!! More
