Service explanation was nicely detailed. I did like how Justin explained what service would be performed and what was actually needed during this visit. There were many salesmen there, but no one tried to pressure me to talk about trading cars or buying something new. They just seemed pleased that I was there, walking along. That atmosphere made it an enjoyable place to be while I was waiting on my car! More
