From my first call he helped me through the website (I’m 72 years old and needed the help). He explained the features and options since I bought my last new Toyota in 2010. With his assistance I was able to purchase the car over the phone since I live 120 miles away. Due to weather issues I had to change appointment dates several times which was no problem for Dan and the dealership. Dallas Buck was great with our financing and service/warranty package. Dallas took the extra time to find us the lowest interest rate and explain our extended warranty options. For a Cowboys fan, he's alright. The new car orientation was a nice added touch to the already excellent service we received. More

I was unknowable of all of the advantages of a hybrid, but Dan convinced me to try it and I was impressed. Then after some tough negotiations, Dan persevered and we were able to make a deal, and even after the sale continued to go to bat for me on minor discrepancies. Spencer in delivery was knowable and very nice going over all of the features of the new vehicle and offered to help with any questions at a later time if needed. I have been a Toyota of Des Moines customer for about 30 years. I take my cars there to be serviced and they have always taken good care of me. My current service advisor is Cass Cupp, but also had the pleasure of working with Mike Lebeda, most recently. More
