With his assistance I was able to purchase the car over the phone since I live 120 miles away. Due to weather issues I had to change appointment dates several times which was no problem for Dan and the dealership. I was unknowable of all of the advantages of a hybrid, but Dan convinced me to try it and I was impressed. Then after some tough negotiations, Dan persevered and we were able to make a deal, and even after the sale continued to go to bat for me on minor discrepancies. Spencer in delivery was knowable and very nice going over all of the features of the new vehicle and offered to help with any questions at a later time if needed. I have been a Toyota of Des Moines customer for about 30 years. I take my cars there to be serviced and they have always taken good care of me.
