I had made an appointment ahead of time, on a Saturday. I took my car in a few minutes early, but the service rep said it could take a couple of hours. I said I would wait in the service lounge. After 2 hour took my car in a few minutes early, but the service rep said it could take a couple of hours. I said I would wait in the service lounge. After 2 hours I asked about how much longer, and he said they were still running behind, but it should be about another 20 minutes. After almost another hour, my car was finished and he told me the manager wasn't going to charge me, so it was free. I was willing to pay, but they insisted. More
