I had gone to another "Honda" Dealer won't mention any names (Wesly Chapel Area) an Brandon Honda is the Best Honda Dealer for the entire state of FL. I had gone to another "Honda" Dealer won't mention any names (Wesly Chapel Area) and they could not get a deal done with $2K down on a used honda civic. After week and half they failed to get financing in place so I emailed John Marazzi with a big HELP and the fact that he has a dog(pet) named Zeus like me and both John I pulled on his heart strings as a dad getting is son his first car. Tony Lara manager at Brandon Honda who had spoken to John Marazzi after seeing my HELP request to see if they could assist us. GREAT NEWS we got the financing done same day with in an hour after picking the car that we though my son could not qualify for a Brand New Honda Civic Coup EX-S 18' 0 miles. We were shocked at how easy they made it and my son got a brand new car instead of a used one which I could not thank enough my salesman Chris Corrigan, Finance Director Jennifer Raabe and Tony Lara who with John Marazzi owner of Brandon and Sun Toyota in Holiday put it all together and really made a father smile seeing his son smile. Lastly the vehicle we had from the other dealership that we could not get the financing done was delivered back by Brandon Honda so I would not have to go through the hassle of returning the vehicle and we drove away in the brand new 18'. Great service experience I called the dealer initially just pricing out what it would cost to have a part replaced on our car.. we were not sure how we could afford the repair I called the dealer initially just pricing out what it would cost to have a part replaced on our car.. we were not sure how we could afford the repair since it wasn’t in our budget. We hit gold when Augustine suggested we apply for the in house financing and were approved. He went above and beyond for us thru the repair process and we can’t be more greatful for him. They even brought to our attention another part that needed to be replaced. After all the work our car is now driving like new again and that stress of dealing with a broken down car is now gone. Employees like Augustine is the reason we only bring our car to Brandon Honda for any service needed. More
