My Service Rep, Augustine Cardona referred me to Mr. Grant Hocking and Mr. Hassan Slim. By late afternoon, I was in the office of Mr. Stan Gerdzhikov signing the final papers on the deal. All in all, a good experience once again at Brandon Honda. More

However, when i brought my 2013 Honda CRV in for new front and rear brakes last week, there was an issue of a "metal on metal" sound that was quite evident. I brought it back two days later to find the job was not completed as it should have been on one of the wheels, and the rotor was damaged. Augustine took care of it immediately with another technician, and the necessary repairs were made. I did not enjoy giving up a Saturday for a job that should have been done correctly by the tech on Thursday. We have purchased six (6) vehicles from Brandon Honda over the past 5 or so years, and have had a good experience as a whole. More
