After test drive and making deal noticed damage - a small noticeable indentation probably caused by a golf cart - to the left rear bumper shroud just prior to leaving dealership. Our sales person, ZEE HOUICHI immediately contacted Mr.FAMER who advised my wife and I that we could rework the deal for another vehicle or have the damage repaired to our satisfaction. at no charge, We chose the have the vehicle repaired upon our return from a Christmas trip to Texas. On our return to the dealership for the repair, our service representative Augustine Cardona, evaluated the damage and taking into consideration of the new vehicle status at the time of the incident had a new rear bumper shroud painted and installed on our vehicle. Was given an Accord loaner with 1100 miles for a week. 100% satisfied with the dealership and steps taken to repair vehicle, More
