UPDATE: I was told to call Wednesday for a courtesy car. I did—twice. No answer, no callback, and John Harry? Completely ghosted. If you're into being ignored and lied to with confidence, this place delivers.
I brought my car in mid-May for a recurring check engine light issue, but despite multiple visits and repeated requests for updates, the dealership provided only vague responses and no clear timeline. After weeks of delays and frustration, Hyundai Corporate advised me to keep contacting the dealership, but they continued to stall and failed to communicate properly.
The dealership promised an update email on June 9th but never sent it. When pressed, I learned my car had been sitting untouched since May 20th. Requests for a loaner car were denied until parts arrived, with no firm dates given.
After persistent chasing and poor service, I warned I would file a complaint with the consumer protection office. As of June 19th, I remain without my car or meaningful updates. The whole experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable, especially with the vehicle under warranty.
