APPARENTLY ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE COORDINATOR, DIRECTOR AND RECEPTIONISTS / CASHIER'' A oil change and filter is not apart of a WINTER MAINTENANCE SERVICE???? I educated ALBI personnel that they have a customer loyalty program??? No one is still aware of it?? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS DEALER??? I think it time the higher ups get out of the offices and see what is going on! BOUGHT MY CARS (2X) and never gotten to see and talk to the so called Director, even when I requested to do so?? STILL WAITING FOR MY RETURN FOLLOW-UP CALL. Never got a reply from my first evaluation?

Absolutely terrible dealership. My daughter bought her first car there. A major problem occurred with her brand new Kona. The Hundai company took responsibility for it but the dealership did not want to rent her a car for the FOUR MONTHS it would take to get the car back!!! Headquarters finally forced them to do it but now the car rental company keeps calling my daughter because the dealership hasn't paid the bill! Today she went in to get her flat tire repaired. They did the work during the day. When she went to pick up the car after work it was blocked in by other cars. She asked them to move the cars to let her out 5 times! She waited over an HOUR before they bothered to help! If you want respect and proper costumer service AVOID THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! (And btw why can’t we leave less than 1 star in a review?)

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce concessionnaire pour de multiples raisons. Le dernier service que j'ai eu avec eux est tout simplement scandaleux. Tout d'abord, lorsque je devais envoyer le véhicule aux Services, je prenais la peine de donner plus d'information et de leur demander de m'épargner un appel téléphonique, ce qui n'a jamais fonctionné Je devais toujours trouver 10 minutes de mon temps de travail pour leur parler (moi qui déteste parler au téléphone). Mais on parle, pour le moment, d'un irritant minime. Quand je demande de faire l'inspection, ils me demandent quoi inspecter et s'attendent presque à ce que je fasse le travail à leur place. Ils ont déjà oublié de changer mes pneus d'hiver pour des pneus d'été lorsque j'ai demandé un changement d'huile et un changement de pneus. Mais là, ils viennent de battre un record et j'ai décidé d'enfin être vocal face à eux. J'ai fait une crevaison et j'avais besoin de changer mon pneu (qui a explosé suite à un nid de poule). Ils ont gardé mon véhicule pendant 1 semaine complète, ne m'ont donné aucun véhicule de courtoisie, et il fallait même que je paye la vaste partie de mon taxi (ils n'offrent que 25$, ce qui ne couvre pas grand chose). Ils ne donnaient aucun suivi, alors il fallait que je les appelle pour voir où ils en étaient rendus. Le service est plus qu'atroce. Dieux merci que je dois changer ma location en 2024. Je ne ferais PAS affaire avec eux et je ne souhaite à personne de faire affaire avec eux. Considérez-vous prévenus.
