The issue with the air conditioner in my Pilot was resolved quickly and professionally. Mike provided an accurate ETA for when the work would be completed, and the final cost matched what was quoted over the phone—no surprises. I was kept well informed throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning to Honda Gabriel!

Fuel door mechanism was frozen shut the following day... brought it in, they managed to thaw it out... two days later... guess what? Frozen again... now we're out of town, and they say it's not their problem...
