I was looking for a used VW and it was impossible to find a quality used vw with low kilometres at a reasonable price anywhere else in the GTA. Do yourself a favour and visit NOrthwest Autohaus first before you go anywhere else to save yourself time and experience the best car that you are going to see and at a price you can afford. Add the car quality to Ben’s customer service and the dealership experience at Northwest was beyond compare.. If u hate haggling, the sticker price is the price u pay for the car. Ben goes the extra mile to make sure you r happy with your purchase and it was a pleasure to deal with him. On the day I picked up my car, it was detailed nicely, and ready at the appointed time for me, along with all the paperwork. This is the way the car buying experience should be with all major corporate dealerships..Northwest is a small independent dealership with the owner, Ben, also acting as salesman.

I purchased a Nissan Xterra a few weeks back, my first experience with this dealership was by far superior than any other in the GTA area. Shortly after leaving the dealership with the purchased vehicle (20 mins) the check engine light came on, the following day I had a mechanic that I trust check out the vehicle, no sooner than the vehicle entered his shop he told about a muffler leak, he then found a burned out license plate light and front end ball joints that needed to be replaced (all of these three should have been repaired as part of the vehicle safety) The following day I took the vehicle into the Nissan dealership to have some aftermarket products installed, they also told me that the front end ball joints needed to be changed. I contacted Autodome who told me to call the mechanic where they have their work done, the mechanic told me to bring in the vehicle where they would correct all that was wrong. The check engine issue was fixed (Evap issue), the muffler was replaced, the license plate taillight was fixed but only the driver's side ball joint was replaced (where both my mechanic and the Nissan Dealer said they both needed to be replaced) My issue is therefore the outstanding ball joint and the issues that I would of had to deal with had I not had other mechanics check out the vehicle. My recommendation then is to have another mechanic check out the vehicle before your purchase, as the Autodome mechanic is issuing a vehicle safety with several issues that would not pass the safety inspection. I guess I should follow up with the MTO to have this shop's license reviewed.

@well what should I say about a company that is worthless. I bought a 2014 Malibu just before Christmas of last year. Trying to get in touch with them for at least 4 months due to key fobs breaking. Couldn't get through to anybody. There are total scam ripoff. They delivered a car late at night so you couldn't see the damage. I just called them a week ago and they said that I never purchase the car there. Then they had the dacity to tell me that I broke the key fob. I believe anybody that had bought a vehicle from there should head to the better business bureau and deal with this company. When I spoke to the person on the phone he kept calling me a liar then he change the subject where he wanted to tell me a new vehicle. I have witnesses of the argument and disagreement that I had with this so-called salesman or sales manager. I even went further to the financial institution and received the bill of sale showing and stating that I purchased this Chevy Malibu app at Queens auto group. I believe the better business bureau should step in to this company and shut them down. They are not a legit company they do not have customer service. I would never recommend this company to anybody never

I spent days back and forth on a purchase of a certified pre-owned 2021 Audi RSQ8 with 25K (a $127,000+HST Purchase). There was a notable miscommunication and the vehicle was not as described when I went to pick it up. The deal was dead and I was extremely frustrated due to the lost time. While this may sound like a negative review, what sets a dealer apart and gets them from 1 star to 5 is how they handle a bad situation. An unreputable dealer will simply brush you off and not be concerned about their reputation. Audi Niagara's management team got involved right away when they discovered my frustration and not only worked to fix their process and policies on how they handle issues like this in the future, but worked with me tirelessly to get the deal done, making the appropriate concessions on the vehicle to account for the initial experience. THIS is what sets a good dealer apart from a bad one, how they fix problems and address customers concerns. Any dealer can more or less be A+ most of the time, but when you get one that works hard to make sure they put every effort in to make a poor experience a good one, that's when a review like this becomes even more valuable and relevant. Excellent recovery to the team at Audi Niagara.

Bought my vehicle 3year ago and purchased rust proof protection which the some parts of the vehicle except not doing under coats what a crook and service my vehicle last June for oil change not being change the oil filter what a crook, asking for refund just for the oil change payment not even giving back your money any suggestions I’m willing to take this dealership to small claims court. Just be a ware consumers. I take a picture for oil filter and subframe being rusted because they never did the under coats to begin with.

All receipts for all oil changes done before due AND upgraded oil because there dealership did not have the proper oil my car calls for. Now Sam refuses to answer. Stole my money and does not reply. As I can see he’s seen my texts (ISO) and I’ve called many times looking for an update. The man as no business sense to him & will now face criminal charges. DO NOT GO HERE.

Promises made, promises broken on their part. They admitted to dropping the ball on our agreement, but would not engage to make it right. Bad business decision, imo. I would never buy a car from them again. I think their "mechanic" is not a mechanic, but rather a car detailer, because I am certain that is all they do to the cars they buy at auction. they don't provide a mechanic's certificate they claim they perform. Better to just buy one from an individual seller and pay for your own detailing. At least there is the hope that an individual you buy from has a base level of morals and ethics.

I have been a customer of this dealership when it was called Yonge North Mitsubishi for 10 years servicing there at least 3 Mitsubishi cars at a time. I have swapped and stored wheels there for 10 years until...they have claimed that I did not leave my wheels in storage with them and now I am forced to fight to get back the all weather wheels for my family's 3 cars. The dealership has rejected my claim immediately without investigating properly what has happened and treated me very badly. I did not expect this after being a loyal customer of the dealer for over 10 years. If I have to buy new original wheels that is going to cost me $ 15,000 or $ 7 to 8,000 if I settle for non original equipment. My mistake has been that I trusted my dealer too much and did not notice that the invoices did not exactly describe the job done. My whole family is devastated by the way we have been treated and will never service our cars there again. They should realize that wit their behavior they have lost a few thousand dollars revenue per year from my 3 cars.

I have 2020 Sentra. The car was recalled for rearview camera (the car really has problem). I also have had driver side door issue. This was the 4th time. It doesn’t open. We (me and my wife) needed to go to driver’s seat from passenger side. It started operating normal after a day or so. I didn’t see it as a big problem thinking that pressing something might have caused it. This time it coincided with the recall and I asked them to look into it. They asked 160 dollars only for diagnosis. I refused to pay expressing that it’s almost the same kind of problem as rearview camera issue. I have been driving the car for less than 3 years now. But saying that it doesn’t have warranty anymore they refused to see the problem. I insisted and the manager resisted more strongly. The car screen also shows warnings about sensors and other stuff now and then. As my wife liked the car dashboard and its sport look from outside I didn’t care much about the little issues. I and my wife decided to sell the car and have higher quality brand. We’ve had enough. By the way, I went to a mechanic on my home and the mechanic solved the door problem for 20 dollars.

Finally a car dealer you can trust! Our Audi Q5 runs like new! My dad was a used car dealer, so I believe I know a thing or two. These guys don't waste your time trying to impress you with their coffee machine. He listened to what we needed and gave us a great deal compared to others in the area. He was honest about the differences between cars he had and steered us to what was best for us, (not necessarily what was best for him). He even installed brand new brakes. I waited a couple months to post this review, to make sure the car was as good as he said. The Audi dealer and our old mechanic both say this car is in great condition. Royalty was friendly and helpful, offering to assist us long after the purchase. For my next car, I'm going to Royalty first.
