Worst service ever had!! First I was told my truck was ready for pick up because issues were fixed. I get the keys start to leave truck goes back into limp mode so the truck was back into service area and needed to stay to get it fixed. I waited for two hours for a shuttle and I had to call for another ride because shuttle service was way too long. They offered to pay a rental as my truck was in the shop for repairs and as I got the text saying my truck was ready for pick up, I called and was informed they are not paying for the rental they offered. Not a happy customer

Honda engine on power washer service - Stoney Creek, Tim

Had the Honda engine on my power washer repaired last fall at the end of the season at DeWildt. This past week I used it for the first time and it would not run. Kyle in parts and service took it in right away and cleaned out the carburetor to get it running perfectly while I waited. He explained that problem was was likely due to the gas I was using having ethanol (which it did). Kyle said the ethanol tends to gum up the carburetor and to use Shell hi test gas that does not have ethanol. Excellent fast service and excellent advice. (The service last fall had nothing to do with the problem). All my future service and purchases will be at DeWildt .

My first time (after owning 4 Ram trucks) to Doyles collision centre was an experience I needed to comment on. Scott and Kevin were amazing with the time they took and the patience they had well working on my damaged 2021 Ram . Delayed parts out of their control, was frustrating but the time each of them took to calm my concerns and the way they went out of their way to explain and show me calmed my nerves and made me realize I’d picked the right dealership .Despite how busy they were and my constant questions and visits to check on progress they were professional, courteous and respectful .The finished job left me pleased and satisfied completely . Highly recommend this dealership .
