I have been taking my car for regular maintenance for over a year now (oil changes, tire rotation, brakes) and they have been on time and the price has been consistent and fair. Mike and Nivine have also gone over and beyond to make sure I am happy, for instance, when i prepare my car for winter, the skirts have to be removed, they have washed and wrapped them to protect my interior. It was a nice touch.

Worst experience in over 40 years for service, service repair and warranty work. Sales Lady was excellent. Any issues after the sale; GOOD LUCK, you are on your own! Hindsight - buy in Newmarket, Orillia or Midland. There is no rating low enough on your form. Beth the sales person is the only good thing about this dealership. You could buy from Beth, BUT, do not take your car here for service.

Don’t expect to get good customer service. Service manager is so rude. Literally has the biggest attitude on the planet! I am disappointed with my purchase. Has never stopped having issues since purchased. Shame I have to keep dealing with them.

Mandy, both my husband and myself would like to thank you for the aftercare that we have received. We had an issue with a tire, and even though it was taken care of once, we continued having the problem. You arranged to have us taken care of in a very timely manner, and they did indeed find a small nail in the tire. It was fixed immediately, and we were re-assured by the repair facility that if I continue to have a vibration at speeds over 100 km. they will do a wheel alignment when I go for my first oil change. Thank you for taking such great care of us. You went above and beyond what most dealerships would have done. Agreed to a price on a car a over the phone. When day came to go and see the car he said it's not here. Being repaired. Meanwhile wanted full payment on a car I've never seen. The man is a liar an a scammer. Stay away. Then proceeded to tell me I had attitude. The only one with attitude is munro. Expecting people to drop hard earned thousands on a car without ever laying eyes on it.
