We have been customers of Acura of Hamilton since 2005.we have always been very pleased with the treatment we received over the years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a new 2022 RDX A-Spec in December 2021. When we arrived for our first service in October we did not recognize a soul. !! ?? It was like we had come to the wrong place. As a long time customer I would like to know what happened to the great staff we so valued. Please get back to us. We feel very disconnected.

Nick the Service Manager took an hour out of his busy day (I saw all the work orders on his desk) to answer all of my old lady questions about the MDX that I recently purchased from Acura of Oakville. Every employee I have now encountered there is as helpful; polite and knowledgeable as the last one that I spoke with:) I have no doubt they will Service my car going forward with care & professionalism.

For the service center, Patrick Rodriguez is not just amazing, but he is phenomenal! Right after the valet immediately helped me with signing me in, Patrick took over and was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Super friendly guy; the kind you want to go have a beer with! Also the oil change was in great time, especially considering it was a busy day, and the car was washed which was a nice touch. The customer waiting area was also well set up, with snacks and refreshments. Hats off to the whole team at Acura Thornhill for superb customer service and with a friendly smile to make the day! My initial introduction to Pickering Acura involved a sales associate named Ian. At the time we met, I wasn’t sure if I was ready to pull the trigger on a car sale because we were living in unfamiliar times – Covid. Ian was far from aggressive. In fact, it was his patience that led to me to my purchase. During the sales process, I was encouraged to take advantage of the extended warranty, which made sense to accept at the time because the environment we were all experiencing. I have to say, it was a decision I far from regret. Fast forward to today. The extended warranty has helped me address service issues that no one could have predicted. Recalls are to be expected but when it comes to high valued purchases such as a car, warranties are often a blessing. I’ve had to bring my car in for service work, which have caused personal inconveniences. However, with employees such as the service manager Don along with Sohail, Arash and Emily, my service experiences have met expectations and more. The service desk has gone above and beyond. They are empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient. You can train employees on policies and procedures, but kindness and likeability are not attributes that apply to just anyone. Given my overall sales and service experience with Pickering Acura, there is NO doubt in my mind that when I’m ready for an upgrade, this location will be my go-to Acura Dealership.

Do NOT. I have a Buick. They did not fix my car, and in fact they did not understand what the problem was. IT'S A BUICK. They didn't know what was wrong with a BUICK. That didn't stop them from charging me though. When the problem resumed 2 months later, their response was indifference. No accountability, no ability.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!

The Airport Mazda Service Dept installed a new Mazda OEM - henry ohab

The Airport Mazda Service Dept installed a new Mazda OEM battery on my 2017 CX-5 last November. Now, 6 months later, the battery dies and cannot even be jump started, so had to towed to another Mazda dealership. There, I showed them my invoice/ report of Airport Mazda having replaced the battery. They contacted Airport Mazda, who refused to stand behind their Warranty, asserting that "certain tests" were not done (BY THEM) upon installing the new battery, therefore they cannot consider it as under Warranty! As a result, since I need to get my CX-5 back on the road, I had to fully pay for the new battery (at the other dealership where I had it towed). Do NOT use Airport Mazda for service on your vehicle, as this is how they treat customers under their "warranty" policy! As for Mazda, this is my first time owning a Mazda, but never again, given the policies of their Airport Mazda dealership.

Took my 2018 cx-5 in for service and 2 days later the engine blows. Repeatedly they refused to provide the diagnostic report, which they have to provide by law. They claim the engine issue is due to a defective part. I'm very sceptical and would not return to Ajax Mazda for service if they were the last shop left on earth.

In my opinion u might as well have a xxxxxx or a grade nine auto shop work on your truck. Complain about truck missing after I bought it they said it was fine then 5000 after warranty was over the transmission went Darren said I never complained about it must have slipped his memory. Then after it was fixed got it home n there was oil everywhere they did not even tighten the xxxxty hose clamps they put on after taking off the factory high pressure ones. It was not a great day at algoma Chrysler
