My wife tok her Sorento in for service and it came back with black grease handprints on the hood, on the window pillar and on the door. On their website the chat woman gave me a link to send an e-mail complaint, so I copy-pasted it and sent an e-mail to the Service Manager, complete with photos of the hand prints and the work order, as proof of her visit. The complaint was completely ignored. i never got a reply.

Terrible Terrible Service, took in my 2023 Kia Sorento the engine light was coming on. Told us the oil was overfilled and take it back to the place where we had the oil change from to drain some oil. Which the oil was NOT overfilled as I had the light on before I did an oil change! They just reset the light. Took it to a reputable Kia dealer and they said it was the catalytic converter that needed replacing...all on warranty! What is wrong with these people!! They were so worried about getting 144.00 for each thing they looked at they never bothered to deal with the actual problem. Stay away from them if you value your vehicle.

Took my new 2024 vehicle in for an issue and still have the same issue a month later. They can reproduce issue but can’t seem to fix it. Told would get call back from service within the week. Two and a half weeks later and no call back. Very disappointing since I bought new 2024 vehicle and further disappointment with lack of customer service from the service department. Wish I never purchased a KIA or had my vehicle serviced by this dealership!

In 2018, I purchased a basically fully loaded Kia Sorrento from Timmins Kia. The sale was ok, and I obviously like the car but from day one, I have had very bad service from the service department. They installed a remote start and almost the next day parts are hanging down in my nearly 50 thousand-dollar car. The next service I mentioned it and she "fixed" it but a few days later, it was hanging down again. It is a 50 cent plastic piece that is broken that they were too lazy to replace as she pushed it back up there again. Three years later, it is still hanging down there. A few months later, my stereo starts making horribly loud distortion. I turned the car off and it was still doing it so i recorded a video to show them and brought it in .They said they could not reproduce the problem and let me leave without doing anything. Three years later, its still very intermittent but unfixed. With these dismissive and incompetent examples you can see why i was loathe to bring it there for any other service issues like my very expensive heated leather seats that where ripping at 2 years old (still unrepaired) or some trailer wiring recall they told me about. Last month the electronic parking brake failed. It engages whenever you put the vehicle in park so it required being towed still under the warrantee at 50k kms so it was covered by Kia. However, the next day when Kia called they said in order to fix it I would need to spend $1800 for brake (rotor and pads) above what they were going to fix. She even laughed a little when she told me the price. I told her that was an offensive quote. I have done brakes on just about every vehicle i have ever owned. Therefore, I know what is involved, I went to the site I usually use and priced out all the parts, and it was slightly less than $400 for all the parts I needed shipped from Ottawa free. I told the girl from the service department that and she said there was nothing she could do about the price. So in order to drive my car away they had to cut the seized cables and pull a fuse for the brake system. However, this is integrated into the cruise control. So now, i am driving around in an almost 50k car with no cruise control about to drive 12 hours each way on a road trip. Do you think after that i am going to love owning a Kia or ever want to buy another one. I told the girl at the service desk this, the girl who sold it to me and the sales manger but was dismissed by them all. So I have lodged complaints with Kia Canada. But I will take my business elsewhere. Martins Automotive will fix my brakes for half the price Kia quoted me. But this is the first and last Kia I ever buy.

can you give less than one star? Charged over $1000 for a part I can get at several places for $100 . asked if it was a mistake and it seems like it is not, its just price gouging. I will never go to Kingston Dodge for service that is not under warranty.....absolutely criminal. The service department suggests they have no ability to change prices, as that is set by the parts department....Run around much???

It is extremely bad experience for me. Two weeks back, because of little bit knocking sound of the engine that I heard for the first time from my car, after that i immediately dropped my car in the running condition at kingston Hyundai delearship. After two weeks I came to know that the claim for the repair regaining engine is denied. But extremely the worse part and shocking news for me that the engine of the car had completely seized, It is out of my mind that what kind of diagnostic test were carried out that it heavely demanded the car engine and consequently the engine get seized ?.

Where to start when I bought the Nissan quest 7 yrs ago, got Oil for life and was told will install DVD by an electrician 1- DVD was installed by bestbuy directly to the battery and drained it everytime the car was not driven for a couple of days, in addition, when I press the hand brakes, the car honks. anyways the car was sent to the dealer many times and was taken to MAS to fix but still drains the battery. 2-I was told a few months ago that the OCFL was given in error. when I bought the car, i got all the packages , extended warranty, rustproofing , etc and during that year, Cotton's Nissan was giving the oil for free was every purchase but the "forgot" to add to my contract. When I went to 1st oil change, told them to please add and they never did 3- THE WORST PART: 7 months ago I take the car for wheel-bearing fix and I notice there was some noise (clunk) from engine. they checked it and told me ENGINE BEARINGS/main shaft bearings after they used stethoscope and this will need an engine. a 76000 km japanese car and NEEDS AN ENGINE. a few months later, I took the car to another mechanic and to my surprise, IT WAS NOT ENGINE BEARINGS - IT WAS AC COMPRESSOR BEARINGS WITHA COST OF 1250$ INSTEAD OF >8000. I still cant believe it. will never go there

Service department never answers the phone and will not return my calls. It is extremely frustrating and a massive inconvenience for me to have to physically drive to the dealership in order to speak to someone. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Dishonest service department, somehow my car that I bought new and never has anyone near the ac had contamination in the ac that no other shop could find! They lied for $250 and refused to discuss it afterwards. Honda Canada was no help either. I guess they managed to lie their wat to an extra $250, good luck to them.

Recently I had concerns about warranties on my 2015 Kia Soul. The dealership that I purchased it from were not at all helpful. I called Kitchener Kia and spoke with Tim and Mike. They assured me they would help. I have renewed confidence now because of their advise. I will now only deal with them even though I do not live in the city. Thank you Mike and Tim! I am very disappointed with the dealership. I trusted the dealership with my 2017 rogue but last year when I purchased the Altima it has been one problem after the other. On 4 separate occasions I brought the Altima for oil change, but each time the technicians did not update the service reminder in the car and they also didn’t put updated mileage stickers with the next service due dates. I complained each time hoping things would change but no the situation continued. The most recent experience was on January 24th of this year when i took my car again for service and the same thing happened. I then called to speak with one of the managers Debbie but she wasn’t available when I called. Natalie was the person that answered the phone, when I tried to explain that I wanted to speak with Debbie regarding the issue that I had with the last oil change because there was no updated sticker in the car and that a car service reminder message kept popping up on the dashboard in my car. Natalie cut me right off and said she was also a manager I can explain to her what I wanted to speak with Debbie. This caught me off guard because I wasn’t expecting it and I just said okay. I started telling her what the issue was and she basically trashed what I had said and very rudely told me that mistakes do happen and that I should stop complaining because they hire apprentices who are not experienced, they are the ones who made that mistake. I reminded her that this is the 4th time this is happening and I am concerned. Without any remorse or apology, Natalie then said give me your address and I will send you the sticker in the mail mistakes do happen and she hurriedly dismissed me from the phone. I had chills down my spine as I never expected such a bad reaction from an employee to a customer. I then contacted Dan to complain about the ill-treatment I had received from Natalie but he listened and asked me to bring back the car and he was going to make sure that the issue was resolved. With the 3 previous incidents I had complained to Dan each time as well, so he was well aware of the background and empathized with me. I did not take my car back to the delearship because I know that nothing was going to be done differently since this had been the 4th time the same thing happened. So last week I received a sticker in the mail from the dealership as Natalie had promised. The sticker has the updated next service date of January 24th, 2024. I could not believe my eyes when I saw that, so today I texted Dan and told him about the sticker and I even sent a picture of the sticker. This is very bad customer service, I will not be taking my car back to that dealership again, I will look elsewhere. The rudeness of employees like Natalie chases customers away, it is important to understand that if you are serving customers you don’t bring your personal misery to work and take it on customers. This behavior is unacceptable. In the message I sent to Dan today I told him that the dealership is charging customers regular fees on services for substandard services performed by unqualified and unsupervised apprenticeship students who don’t know yet how the work is done putting unsuspecting customers like me at risk. I have written this review as feedback especially to Natalie and the dealership and also warn other customers of what is happening at the dealership right now with the apprenticeship students messing up customers’ vehicles. I am not trying to discourage anyone from going to Kitchener Nissan, but I am just informing others of my experience with the dealership and who knows it could be your experience as well tomorrow. I am definitely escalating the matter to Nissan Canada to investigate this and stop it before worse things happen to customers after their vehicles are messed up by the students. I have requested to Dan that I would like to speak with the owner of the dealership, I will wait and see if the owner will contact me.

They are very nice until you have an issue with warranty on their product, then the face turns and you will be disappointed. We have bought multiple vehicles from lakeridge, something must have happened through covid because they have lost it. Incompetent shysty crooks is what they are. Completely disgusted with there attitude and service. Would not recommend to anyone. Never going back.

very dissapointed with this dealership. worst service ever they left my 4 kids and my partner and i stranded in london had to find our own way home no help or even offered us a loner. brad from mongtomery ford in kincardine stepped up and gave us a ford to use while my gmc got fixed. lakeside gmc failed to fix it properly and then when my truck broke down 21 days later they just totally refused to fix it at all and advised me to take my truck else where dylan campbell and sarah dunbar where my service providers that failed my family and i. iam very sadden to be treated this way especially in my own community anyhow i just want the people of the community and surrounding area to know what sort or services lakeside gmc actually provide

I purchased a new Mazda3 from Llalo and paid $$$ for a full extended warrantee. I always had scheduled service done by them. The car is still under warranty and the factory Installed Infotainment Centre failed. They repaired it by upgrading the software and CHARGED ME!!!!! What good is an extended warranty? The staff at LLalo is always pleasant, but be careful. Sorry to say I'm shopping for a new car and Mazda is off my list.
