Booked to get second key for my car as I only received one. I was asked it I wanted a ride anywhere. I said no as I was told by my friend, who also got a second key done, that it would take about 40 minutes, I told the service manager that and he said it could take up to an hour and a half as they wash the outside and inside of the car too. Bonus! I had the first appointment of 7:30 and I checked in electronically at 7:20. They let me in and I gave them my key. The service manager said it was too cold to wash the outside of the car but they would be doing the inside. He then led me to the waiting room. At 9:00 (1.5 hours) I went to the service manager and he asked is something was wrong. I told him it had already been an hour and a half. He check and said they'd be washing my car now, which they did not. Got my car at 9:20 - one hour and 50 minutes from drop off. When I got in my car, the supposed cleaning was horrible. The dash, console, etc. were washed with a dirty rag and not dried. I have pictures that I will send to the service manager. The doors were not cleaned. The only reason I am giving a one star is that the dealership it self is beautiful, immaculate and the people were very courteous and pleasant. I will not be going back there.

I don't recommend this dealer Lexus of Windsor), especially for the service. They overcharged me twice first time back to 2008 (oil change was CAD$216.00), thereafter I had to deal with Mead Lexus for 1/2 of the price with the exchange rate and for any service I need. Mistakenly; a few weeks ago I went to change the windshield and they have charged me taxes for the whole job on top of my deductible which I have got a promise from my insurance company to waive it for I never claim anything with them for a long time; I had hard time explaining to them that I have to pay only my deductible but nothing happened and I had to escalate to GM who promised me twice to get the money back but nothing happen after 3 weeks now.. My advice is to check prices with other dealers before you go to this dealer because they offer discounts for persons who like them and give them five stars.

This is a great dealership. Good customer service. Helpful staff. Have introduced friends to this dealership, and continue recommending friends to this dealership. After negotiating a good price and purchase, the salesperson is off the scene - it is then that a good dealership shines though, providing exceptional service. Been with this dealership since they moved to their present location (at Leslie & Eglinton), and they never fail to amaze me with their 5 star service, both to my vehicle and the customer.

Worst Service Experience Ever! I wish there was a negative star. I am a 2017 Ford Focus SE owner, bought from Lincoln Heights in June 2017. The vehicle has already had transmission problems twice and a steering assist fault until October 2024, and the mileage just hit 89700KM. The second transmission problem and the steering fault happened within two weeks in October. The repair was costly, and the experience was bad due to their unprofessional admin progress, overcharging, and carelessness. The manager’s arrogance, judgemental attitude and irresponsible communication made it even worse.

I have a Kia Optima and the motor ceased about a year ago. I had a very difficult time trying to get Kia to cover this as most people know this is an issue. I took my vehicle to Kia lindsay and explained to the service manager Danny there my situation. He said to leave it with and he will do his best. Sure enough to my surprise he got the motor covered for us. I would like to say thank you to him and Kia lindsay and there staff for doing agreat job. JASON

I own a 2008 ford escape, that currently needs $800.00 worth of work. The steering shaft torque sensor went in it. You can only buy it from ford for $425.00, then about 3-4 hours of labour. When I googled this issue, apparently it is a recall for 2008-2011 ford escapes.. mine doesn't match the recall vin number but has the same issue. This should be looked into and possibly expanded to other vin numbers. Listowel Ford was equally as awful to deal with as it was to deal with Ford Canada. I was told a tech could verify it was that sensor but it costs $135. When it's been verified by 2 other parties. I am now out of a vehicle and won't be able to get to my physio and concussion therapy.

Very dissatisfied with service department. Waited 2 hours fora simple oil change. Waited at the drive in door 10 minutes because cars were backed up inside. I finally went in and was told they were 15 minutes behind. I toldhim I would wait for my car. My last oil change before this one took 1 1/2 hours. Very poor service.

My PHEV Outlander was towed to London Mitsubishi on - John Nutt

My PHEV Outlander was towed to London Mitsubishi on December 19, 2024, it is now May 21, 2025 and they have now fixed it yet. This repair is a warranty repair. Mick the lier ignores my calls all week, then on Friday acts like he is about to have it fixed. Then he ignores my calls all week and doesn’t call me back even though I leave multiple voice mails. They will not provide a loaner car and xxxxsubishi Canada won’t do anything to help either. Worst dealer experience I have had in 25 years of driving/car ownership.

2025 Sorento EX 2. - Sorento Turbo Owner

2025 Sorento EX 2.5 Turbo. Made it known at arrival wanted 0W30 synthetic oil as per KIA specs for the vehicle. Service order says 0W20 installed, but small note, in fine print, stating correction 0w30 installed as per vehicle specs. When I challenged the service advisor as to which viscosity is installed he says he talked to parts and shop tech and 0W30 was installed. It is only a computer entry error on the service order as they have a new computer system. Same excuse I got 6 mos ago when I purchased vehicle at this dealership and errors were made in the purchase process. Taking a new vehicle to a dealership is all about trust. Putting a correction notice on a service order, to me, looks like a way to cover their butt. Question remains is 0W20 actually in the engine. Shop refuses to do oil change again, they say it is 0w30 installed, just a paper work error. What ever happened to building customer trust? UPDATE: With no response from the dealership stating to return the vehicle and resolve the issue, KIA CANADA became involved in the matter. Within 12 hours the shop foreman calls, stating an error was made, the vehicle has 0W20 in it. Bring the vehicle back ASAP and the correct grade viscosity oil will be put into the engine. Here are some unresolved concerns. 1) the shop tech knew it was Turbo engine and the oil filler cap reads in bright yellow 0W30. So if the shop tech was paying attention to detail he would have realized he put in the wrong viscosity, but instead covered it with the service advisor and didn't admit to the mistake until questioned by the shop foreman who had been alerted to the issue from Kia Canada and no one else at the dealership. 2) Why did the service advisor cover up for the shop? 3) Why, when challenged, did the service advisor tell the customer that the correct viscosity was in the engine when he knew it wasn't and lie and say everyone (parts, service tech) told him it was just a "typo" on the service order? The vehicle is repaired, thanks to the diligence of the shop foreman. Unfortunately, a person at the dealership has been let go due to this and numerous other similar incidents. Unfortunately, this customer only ended up with problem resolved. No further compensation for having to drive 100 Km back to the shop. Stress and aggravation for three days not knowing if the right oil was in the vehicle and therefore postponing a weekend trip to Toronto from Iona Station. Will this vehicle get further service from this dealership? Attention to detail and transparency was missed at the time the wrong viscosity oil was put into the vehicle. It was then covered up. Only by due diligence did the truth come out.

Dealing with this dealership is so sickening I advise everyone to STAY AWAY from Maitland ford what a disgrace of a service department 3 months fighting to get my 2023 f150 truck fixed i called and booked an appointment 2 weeks till I could get in ok ill wait the day of my appointment it went in for a "drive control fault" and the back passenger running light didn't work they kept it 3 days on day 2 I called and they told me they ordered a sensor and on day 3 at 4p.m I called and they told me they changed the sensor and it didn't fix it so I would have to bring it back or leave it for the weekend but I use my truck for work and I needed it so they told me they would call me when they find a time and date so I called highland ford and booked an appointment so 3 days later my truck went in to highland they called 4 times in 3 hours with everything they found and found the part numbers and mapped out where the problems were and I took it to Maitland because highland dosent deal with Maitland extended warranty with the parts list and where the wires were broken they copied it and the older guy then argued with me about me not giving them enough time lol 3 days wasnt enough so they booked me in again were they said they would fix it so I dropped it for at 7 a.m. and I called at 4 to see how it was coming and they told me "oh ya its been done since noon we only needed pictures" so another day I missed out on money because they had it all day so I got annoyed so they said they would call me when the parts came in a few weeks went by they called me to book it in 2 weeks from then so I dropped it off again 7a.m. and they said it would be done by the end of the day and then they called me at 12 to ask if they can keep it the night were I angrily agreed and then called again at 3 to tell me to come get the truck because they can't get to it that day or the next so I was pissed went in a asked to speak the the service manager where she rudely ignored me and then wouldn't come speak to me so they said they couldn't get me in to fix it for another 10 days so I was even more mad so I sat across and waited for her and watched her keep looking at me and not come talk to me about this clear problem I was having with her service department so now this morning I took it in there were she then was short extremely ignorant with me then laughed at me when I asked her about my bill from having to take it elsewhere and ive called to speak to the manager and still nothing needless to say what a complete BULL CRAP place to deal with and so many ignorant people Maitland ford I will never be back and you people deserve to loss your jobs over the way you treat your customers

Disappointed with Service Dept. I own a vehicle with Catalina Blue paint that has an extended warranty from Acura due to paint peeling from factory workmanship issues. Previously I had a warranty claim for the same issue processed through Maple Acura and everything went smooth enough (kind of). Fast forward a couple of years, I just noticed paint peeling in a different spot so I took it to Maple Acura again a couple of weeks ago, Filipa took pictures of the issue and Rajiv later confirmed it would be covered by the warranty. Considering I had received courtesy loaner vehicles from them before for the exact same issue covered by warranty, I was surprised to hear that I would not be provided with one this time due to policy changes. I was told that if I needed a vehicle, I’d have to pay for a rental – which I was not happy with considering this was a warranty claim and not my fault, but I agreed to pay for one as I really needed a vehicle for work purposes. The appointment was today, 4th June 2024 @ 9am, to drop off my vehicle at Maple Acura and pick up the rental. As I am heading out for my appointment, I get a text message from Rajiv saying that I can drop my vehicle off at Maple Toyota with Mauro (that’s where they do paint work) and also pick up my rental from him. I replied back saying "Okay, will do. I hope the rental I'm paying for is not a Toyota?" I receive no response. While I’m driving to my appointment, I call Maple Toyota to confirm that the rental I am paying out of pocket for is in fact an Acura and not a Toyota. They decline and say that I will be receiving a Toyota Corolla. I ask them why an Acura vehicle with Acura warranty being taken to an Acura dealership for processing of said warranty is being replaced with a Toyota Corolla rental, that too when the customer is paying out of pocket for it? She could not answer my question. By this time I was 5 minutes away from the dealership but had no option but to ask her to cancel this appointment. I did not hear back from either dealership nor the service manager. I also lost a precious few hours of my workday morning not getting much done. Conclusion – I would have liked to have been informed upfront that the rental I was paying for would not be an Acura. In that case I would have made alternative arrangements. I was under the very reasonable understanding that I was renting out one of their loaner vehicles. Very few people that purchase Acura’s want to drive around in a Corolla.
