I had the worst service experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of driving at this place. Completely disrespected and taken advantage of by the service team here, and when I asked to speak to the service manager, Roger, he was the worst of them all.
While trying to diplomatically and calmly explain my problem, he repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me to make excuses and say his piece, never actually letting me plead my case.
I’m embarrassed to admit that eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and allowed myself to be dragged down to his level, cutting him off and trying to talk over him, desperate to get a word in. I regret this because I endeavour to treat everyone with respect, regardless of who they are, but this man’s complete lack of respect for me, and condescending attitude were just too much to handle. When I tried to make a comment about my customer service experience he interrupted me again to inform me he had 40 years of experience, and he knows customer service better than I do. Honestly shameful that someone working in this business that long treats paying customers this way.
When the dust had settled I actually apologized to him for losing my cool, and calmly asked if he could at least see where I was coming from, and he said “not at all, you make absolutely no sense.”
All of this regarding a repair on an issue that has existed since I bought a $110,000 F150 from this very dealership, with all extended service and warranty coverage packages, and they wouldn’t help me at all.
My advice is to avoid purchasing bonus coverage on your vehicles if you buy from this dealership, and to go anywhere else for service, because Roger doesn’t care about you, nor does he care about your vehicle, and he isn’t accountable to anyone but himself, as he confidently told me more than once
