I will no longer be using this dealership and am not bringing my car here for maintenance anymore. After spending a lot of money on repairs, the actual issue has never been fixed. Service department staff is very dishonest and unprofessional. So called Service Advisors provide wrong information and recommendations. Their words never match their actions. Stay away from this location.

I recently returned to Agincourt Hyundai for a scheduled service. There were no surprises and there never is. From the time I drove into the service bay and spoke to Edwin to the time I got my car back I felt that I was amongst trusted people. Edwin went through everything with me prior to my car going into the service bay, and he told me that it would take around 2 hours, and that's exactly how long it took and there was no additional findings by the mechanic, in other words there was no up sale. The staff are friendly and personable, and very accommodating, the waiting area is great, with coffee on hand. When my service was completed Edwin went through everything with me, and showed me to my car. My car was thoroughly cleaned and looked great. I will continue to use this dealership because I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Edwin and thanks also to a great service manager, Jimmy.

Since 23 recommended a fluid consumption test when oil changed. I went in recently to have one done, as Sante fe burning oil since 80000, it now has 110000 . I service it as recommended by manufacturer. I use synthetic oil. The test cost about $540. When it was finished they said they couldn't find an issue. They took my money but can't find a problem. I got in touch with head office which stated that the dealership would get back to me, that was last week. Also, someone took a fifty dollar amazon card from the dash, broke the air deflector on the hood and put the fuse box cover on wrong, it fell on my foot while driving. I am disgusted and disappointed. I feel totally ripped off. Also, they uber you out but you get yourself back, at least that is my experience.

Worst Hyundai dealership is have ever dealt with! Had my Elantra towed to the dealer to get an evaluation done, due to an engine failure. Service manager claimed to Hyundai Canada car had no oil which caused the engine to destroy itself. The service manager also claimed he contacted me several times on the issue and also, claimed he had called me to remove my vehicle from the lot. However, the service manager never called me directly and, instead, had other personnel call me. This car always had oil changes done religiously. The initial call I received regarding the engine issue, I was told the level was down a litre, not empty! Even though I had yet to have Hyundai Canada make a decision, i was told to remove my vehicle, due to the lot have re-paving done and if I did not remove it, it would be towed. Again, not a call from the service manager, but, form one of the personnel working at the dealership,

Qauison charged an assessment fee before looking at a warranteed issue. Road tested, issue was re produced. Somehow the technician claimed they couldn't re produce the issue. Video of the issue exists. Carrie is an assistant service manager and personable. She has to follow Quaison's unethical decision. Hyundai customer service is remarkably useless. No one appears to be trained in what they sell . The recalls , or campaigns on the vehicle places it into about 10 dealer visits within 3 years.

Last year in June, we had our 2023 Palisade Caligraphy serviced at 16,000kms. They told us it needed a brake service, despite only being a year old with such low KMs (around 10,000m). We had an oil change in January as per the service schedule. Today, after six months and constant phone calls from the dealership, we booked it in for another oil change, again, we get a call that it needs a brake service at a cost of $500. The car has 17,061, so has only done 1000 since the last brake service. Which also cost $500. I told them that this service was done last June and they told me it wasn’t.. When I pick my car up this afternoon (without a brake service) I am taking the paperwork from the last Brake Service and demanding to see the service manager. You need to be able to trust your service centre, am I do not trust Dilawri on Hint Club at all.

My husband brought in his car July 18th to have the air conditioner fixed. They ended up telling him the compressor needed to be replaced as it was not working and causing the engine to overheat. He brought it back the following Tuesday (July 22) and they contacted him soon after to say the work was completed. He realized after it had been there that his parking permit for our building was missing- contacted them and was told no one there touched it. Aside from my husband they were the only ones in the car which means it went missing while in to be fixed, but fine, we paid our building to replace it and moved on from that. Then this past Friday (July 25), he parks his car and it starts making a noise and he realizes there is refrigerant fluid leaking from his car. He calls the service department back and was told he could bring it in today at 3:30pm. We took it back and it was looked at briefly only for him to be told he would need to bring it back today (Tuesday). We have an infant and we are currently in a heatwave so that seemed unacceptable to me, especially when it was something that should have been fixed properly already. I went in to explain this and felt very dismissed. I will admit I was very upset about the situation but it was handled very poorly by the department. We were told there were no techs to check AC until today and even then if a part needed to be ordered, they don’t get them delivered until Wednesday so we could’ve been almost a week before this was even fixed. We were offered a rental car at $40 per day- meaning we’d need to pay $200+ potentially when it was their mistake in the first place. We took his vehicle elsewhere the same day and it was checked for leaks which were not found but the tech did see his refrigerant was only half full- meaning it was not properly serviced to begin with. That was filled and checked properly and he has now been driving it since then with the AC on with no issues. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Went in with a broken shock on 2 yr old Tuscon. Was told ALL warranty work has to be approved by head office before parts ordered. Been waiting 8 calender days and no return call made to me regarding status. Ive called in 3 times during the 8 days. My advisor has been off for 4 of them I was told he will call me on Thurs. He did not call me. Asked for service manager. |Told he is in a meeting at 4.38 pm. Now told my advisor will call me on Saturday. Like hes called me before??????? Broken shock my fault. Very disappointed with lack of customer service and the long warranty deciding time. Will definately affect my next purchase.
