(Also interesting and unsurprising that they haven’t removed the positive reviews from bots, because it artificially boosts their ratings) They don’t care about post-purchase service and they will never see another dollar from my family, who just purchased TWO vehicles from them. A complete lack of accountability and corporate greed at its worst. Zero stars.

Asked Hyundai Aurora service to change my fuel sending unit in 2021. Whatever they did, it caused a.EVAP leak. The fuel pump had to be replaced and I had to complain to Better Business Bureau for Hyundai to fix the problem at their expense. The fuel sending unit is gone again, it only lasted three years. They changed the bushings in steering column, the horn stopped working. The engine quit after 11 years. Very disappointed with Hyundai will never buy another Hyundai again.

I've now dealt with Hyundai Pembroke since 2009, purchasing 4 new Vehicles in that time span. All Departments are great, staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service Department always try to meet my needs when it comes to appointment times and always advise me on any service that should be handled. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or have them perform all of my service needs.

First and last time bringing my car here for service. The only reason I decided to try them is because they perform warranty work on the weekend. Certainly hope the work is more professional than the so called service staff. The rude and condescending attitude from the long dark haired girl in the service area was far from “Ideal”.

Horrible customer service: I went to body shop at image Honda yesterday and technician came out and i showed him my rear bumper regarding some scratches and he immediately went inside and grab my ownership and came back with quote for $540. i left and went back in afternoon and asked same guy to put some compound to try take damage part off and he refuse, previous people at the body shop have done for me. he rudely said to me that i want everything for free. I spend over 22000 for the car back in Jan, he is shame for the compony.

If you did not buy it here, do Not come here. They tried to sell me the wrong oil for my Ecodiesel. Chrysler put out a bulletin in 2016 to switch oil from 5w-30 to 5w-40 full synthetic. I told the parts lady wrong oil when she put the Pennzoil 5w-30 on the counter. So she wanted my Vin and looked it up. Found out now in 2018 that they changed the oil requirements. xxx Findlays! Good thing I did not bring my truck in for its first oil change. Even around town people here won't bring their vehicle here to get fixed. It's pathetic.

Poor service. Was in to get a routine tune up. Was told water pump needed replacement but that it was under warrant, so I agreed. Once it was all done Robin, service manager, said water pump was not under warranty and that I would have to pay. Very unprofessional and slimy tactics. I questioned this and was told my the manager Caroline things would be corrected, this was over 5 months ago. Will never buy and Volkswagen again thanks to this service.

Failure to properly repair fault - Tom

In the fall I was on vacation near Timmins when my Toyota Sienna failed. It was towed to James Toyota for repairs and they were advised as to what the trouble was and what the repair was needed . The Alternator was intermittently failing and caused the battery to fail. On picking up the vehicle they only replaced the battery and claimed no fault was evident on the alternator. On returning to my city the next morning I had the vehicle fail to start and had it towed to Toyota dealer which identified the alternator as defective and replaced same under warranty. On contacting James Toyota and requesting refund of the labour portion of the bill as the repair was NOT completed I was refused.
