Review: First Service Experience – Infiniti Q60 2025 The dealership sales department welcomed us ( my son-in-law and I leased two QX60) and their offer and manner were pretty good. This review is for service center. I brought in my car for its first service. The team was on time and completed the service within a reasonable timeframe—I had booked the first appointment slot of the day, which likely helped. However, after driving for a while, the “ENGINE OIL CHANGE DUE” message repeatedly appeared on the driver’s screen. I waited and then called to ask why it hadn’t been reset after the oil change. I was told to bring the car back so they could reset it. With my busy schedule, making another trip is frustrating and inconvenient. This should have been addressed during the initial service. In addition, I noticed a new, annoying noise coming from the driver's sliding seat. When I called to report it, I was told it was probably due to dirt and that the seat should be cleaned. While they reassured me that the issue could be fixed anytime under warranty, I felt this response was dismissive. This is not the level of care I expect from an Infiniti service center. Rather than properly addressing customer concerns, it felt like they were simply trying to pacify me. Based on my experience, I’ve become cautious about trusting this location and do not recommend it. I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). After a few delays 'till September (all summer with better AC but still weak) they got me in with parts available BUT THEY SAID the regular freon R1234YF is contaminated with R152A. I didn't add elsewhere this freon or other freon ever - so it's my word against theirs. SO I SAID you either added before I bought the car knowingly the AC issues and added freon sealant OR added at this summer visit. Forced me to go elsewhere to remove it (money, time and stress spent) so they finally solved it without additional charge. BESIDES, Customer Service said it's my fault!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ? the customer is never right! I HOPE GOD WILL MAKE JUSTICE on this!!! Maybe recording any call and gathering all the paper would have helped... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER GO THERE and maybe never buy a Nissan!

My experience at Ancaster Toyota has been nothing but exceptional. I’ve purchased vehicles from there, I now have an RX 350 and a GX 350 from Lexus and both our serviced at Ancaster. The service department bends over backwards to satisfy their customers. You can leave your car and be shuttle home and then picked up when the car is ready. In my world, it doesn’t get much better than that. I just want to thank the whole team at Ancaster Toyota. Keep up the great work.

Took our sonata in for electrical diagnosis. We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. My wife paid the $400 plus diagnostic costs and was told the part would be ordered and should be received in 2 days. She dropped the car off for installation two days later and only to find out after she had dropped the car and come home and we got a phone call and when the car was supposed to be ready that the part had never been ordered because we failed to pay for it in advance. She was never told that we were required to pay for the part in advance. Totally frustrating really bad lack of service and very Unapologetic about the whole process definitely not a place I will recommend to anybody.

Gioia, the service advisor at Audi Barrie was fantastic in helping us find a rental car and getting the car serviced. She understands and cares about the client, fast at responding, good with explanations. I would choose to work with her next time! A+

I called Brampton Audi with a digital dashboard engineering code issue. Basically lost 80% of the control functions on my 2020 Q8 glass panel. They got me in within the hour and back out with error code fixed in 40 mins thanks so much Tiffany Howe Service Consultant ! Brampton Audi is now my Dealer of Record for Serice.

Just a heads-up to anyone thinking of taking their vehicle to Downtown Audi: I ended up spending nearly $2,300 on what should have been a fairly minor service and some exploratory diagnostics—only to be told I’d need over $5,000 more in repairs, with still no clear answer on what the actual problem was. I brought my Audi SQ5 in after getting an “air suspension malfunction” warning. I paid $220 for a diagnostic, expecting some insight—but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I didn’t even get an update until late in the day. They suggested replacing the battery and checking the wiring, which I agreed to, hoping it would finally get to the root of the issue. It didn’t. Days later, I was told they still didn’t know what was causing the problem but wanted thousands more to replace a wiring harness. At no point was there a confident diagnosis—just more guessing. What really pushed me over the edge was the lack of support and transparency. I wasn’t offered a courtesy vehicle and had to chase down basic updates. When I asked for copies of my personal information—including any call recordings—they flat-out refused, even though I never gave consent to be recorded in the first place. (For anyone reading this: you do have the right to request this under Canadian privacy law, PIPEDA.) I’ve had other frustrating experiences here before, but this one sealed it. I’m taking my car elsewhere—and I strongly suggest you think twice before trusting this dealership with yours. You deserve honesty, real answers, and to feel like your time and money matter. Sadly, I didn’t get any of that here

This dealership has the worse after sales service. Never have loaners for urgent matters and can never have urgent appointment for safety concern situation like no heat in freezing temperatures right now.... I would have to wait more than a month to be seen plus would not have a loaner but see ford does have urgent appointment and loaners and they don't treat people like Audi does

Disappointing Service Experience I've been bringing my car here for service over the past five years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently frustrating. Despite having an appointment, I always end up waiting at least two days for the service to be completed. The response is always the same: "Our shop is very busy today." This seems to be a recurring issue, not just a one-time occurrence. Perhaps it's time for the dealership to align their service capacity with the volume of vehicles they sell. Customers deserve timely and reliable service—especially when appointments are scheduled in advance.

I have nothing against the employees over at Audi Niagara. But what a disaster, I had my vehicle towed over to them after a transmission failure. And of course everything was going normally. Had to wait for warranty to be approved on the work that had to be done to the car, which I had no problem with. At this time I was told that the ETA on my vehicle getting worked on was at the end of July to the first week of August. No biggie again, I’ll wait. So I wait, and I wait, get no call at the last week of July. So I decided maybe I should call and do a follow up. Come to my surprise that the replacement parts have been delayed and are still in Germany, which I thought okay. Normal thing, the world is hurting right now. And I was told to wait within the next few weeks. So I do, and I had a representative show up for me while I was away to just speak with them and get more information. They told my representative that I should be expecting the car to be worked on and done on the 28th of September. Skip to Monday the 19th of September and I call to follow up. The service assistant manager, whose name I won’t mention. Told me that we were waiting on a final part. The Mechatronic, I was told that the part was nearing Toronto or has already reached the port and should be coming within the next week or so. Now this week, I call on Monday again for another follow up, and they told me they would call me back after they get some more information, I was like odd but okay. And this morning on Tuesday, I wake up to a call and I’m being told that I will now have to wait until the end of November for my car back? But this time it wasn’t the mechatronic. Apparently they don’t have the complete transmission either. Their blame was on the hurricanes happening out on the east coast. Yea I get it causes delays, but wasn’t I just told that the part was nearing Toronto or already at port? Lots of lies are going around and it’s a very sketchy experience. I was given a rental. But had to pay 180 for two days after a week. Talk abt taking care of your customers 🙄 it’s absolutely absurd that something like this would take 5 months. My car is not rare and neither is my transmission. In fact my car is 7 years old still covered with warranty. Multiple people stand behind me in this, and it’s just not right. 2 complaints to Audi Canada, and I’m still getting pushed back further and further. What’s next, because of the winter storms I’ll be getting my car in summer 2023? Where does the line get drawn?
