JUNE 20th 2025. Very pleased with the staff there at Kia 417. Especially Andrew Graham, Antonio Lumbania from service and my new salesman Tony (Wenbo) Han. Tony is a great salesman and very caring. Recently had a flat tire that the service staff took care of, like was a family member. 10-10 or 5-5 either way of saying it, Kia 417 is a top dealership in my opinion. Thanks Kia 417

First time I brought my new car in, and I negotiated an extended warranty, and the amount I was charged above my warranty was brutal. I’ll be taking her to our mechanic for everything I can rather than coming back to the dealership for service.

I've had two brief experiences with this dealership. Both absolutely fantastic, The individuals in the service area are patient, take time to inspect and explain What services are needed and why. They are pleasant with excellent communication. This morning I used the shuttle service to get home and my shuttle driver was phenomenal. Wonderful conversationalist, makes you feel like your taking a drive with an old friend. Absolutely wonderful group of employees.

Clayton L’Heureux and his team are great even during hectic periods, they still take the time for each customer. A very friendly no pressure dealer in general from the reception to the cash operators and sales.

They'll give you a ride, and the driver is awesome! They send an appointment reminder, which is helpful. I feel confident when I go there that I can trust the work and info. The staff right from Becky on appointments to the mechanics are good natured. {It natters} Just tried to select make and model to finish this survey and the screen froze, so don't know if this will post it not. Lol

My wife and I were driving from Illinois when we hit a truck tire which tore the plastic cover under the engine and left it hanging down. We planned to stop in Milton Ontario for the night. My wife saw that Milton Toyota was just a short distance from our hotel and they were still open. When we arrived, service advisor, Asim Ramzan greeted us and asked how he could be of service. We explained what had happened and Mr. Ramzan said that he would have someone look at the damage to see if it could be secured so that we could continue on to Ottawa Ontario. After just 10 minutes, the damaged plastic cover was secured and we were able to drive without the part dragging on the ground. With this level of service, I highly recommend Milton Toyota for all your Toyota Needs.
