My Pontiac vibe was shifting just a touch late from 1st gear into second. No big deal, I'll just bring it in to the professionals that know my car best. After a week the car still shifted late but now it was leaking fluid too. I spent $2000 and basically had the manager mocking the car I purchased shrugging his shoulders and saying well, what are you gonna do. GM head office was no help. I had an independent shop repair the car. They brought to my attention that the dealer also bent an axle while "repairing" my car. Nice job Giles! To bad you will never get any more of my money and GM won't either. No wonder you are in such financial troubles.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Glassford Chrysler today. I called this morning, was booked in, diagnosed, and repaired within a few hours. I was in need of my vehicle for a long trip and the staff was very accommodating and courteous. Cody made sure I was aware of all of my options. Definitely feel at ease now, so thank you to Cody and the service team. Will definitely bring my Jeep back when needed.

Excellent experience with the service department. I booked an appointment to have a leak and a couple other problems fixed on my older Jeep. They inspected the vehicle and sent me a video showing me what the issues were and how much they were going to cost to have fixed. After I authorized it, the work was done in a timely manner and I got my Jeep back soon after. I cant believe it has taken this long for dealers and mechanics to adopt video to show their customers whats going on with their cars.

the service department is the worst I've ever dealt with,. service manager is a pompous xxx and is very condescending and talks down at people especially to my wife when she unfortunately has to deal with Jason and the other older fellow at the desk. Trying to get warranty work done there is just a terrible experience no one cares and you get jerked around by the staff at the desk. no one answers the phone and when you do leave a message you might get called back in a week but more than likely you won't. No wonder they are rated so poorly. every experience with the service department has been atrocious i tell every one i can not to buy a honda for the sole reason of having to deal with service department .I've called and filed complaints with honda canada but they are independently owned so nothing is going to be done. Do Not Buy a Vehicle from this dealership ever.

I recently bought a 1995 BMW from a private seller and needed an appraisal the same day. Went into Gorruds without an appointment and was out of there in 10 minutes or less - free of charge (normally it cost $50-100). Im a 21 year old student who doesn't have a lot of money to spend so having them help me out like that was incredible. 10/10 would recommend for quality and fast service.

BE CAREFUL. After my DIscovery was in for service, they charged my credit card $900 for damage to a returned rental they later learned was caused by a previous customer. They were more concerned about their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey score than actual customer service satisfaction. It wasn't really a luxury brand experience.

Very good sales people. Helpful patient and curtious. Service dept. Is the worst that I have used. Service manager is good. Battery was dead after a few hours of charging got it going bought $435. Battery but they wouldn't install it for 4 more days even after I said it was a breakdown We live in the country and needed the car. Saved $40. And did it myself

I recently called to purchase an oil filter for for 2021 Kia K5. Upon speaking to the receptionist she advised parts closes at 5pm. I spoke to parts and explained I knew they closed at 5pm, but could the filter be left with reception so I can buy it after work as I was working till 5pm. Upon arriving at the dealership it was apparent they close early on fridays! This wasn’t explained to me over the phone. The employee in the lot leaving tried calling the manager but wasn’t willing to swing back to help. The employee said he would make arrangements to drop it off at my work as it was close by. No call, no arrangements. 4 days go by and nothing! I called and again made the arrangements & upon getting there they still made me pay for the oil filter! I will never recommend nor use this dealership for anything! Poor service Poor communication & certainly Poor customer service!

Stopped at dealership as my pre collision system alarm came on and my cruise control would not function. Mechanic came out and checked. He asked if we had hit anything on our trip to New Brunswick nd i told him we hit a partridge yesterday and showed him where. Right under the front license plate where the sensor is. Bracket was broken. They were too busy to fix but a big thumbs up for taking the 5 minutes out of their very busy 2 mechanic garage schedule! Thanks Guays Garage for superb service!!

There is an important difference between profiteering and natural inflationary price increases. $180 for a tire swap (on rims) and an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Their efforts to justify the cost is even more comical. Ask any mechanic at a garage and they'll laugh at this cost. Don't waste your time here.

This VW dealership is going from poor to very bad in terms of customer experience. The communication between staff members, service crew and customer is always poor and confusing to customer. I always get the feeling that they only care for making money and seem arrogant and careless when challenged. The time they service the vehicle is always the longest I've ever experienced from a dealership. I've had left the service in the past with the vehicle issue unresolved and had to go back (a week later) and payed for an evaluation again. Just bad experience overall and I have owned VW vehicles for the past 8 years.

Brought in a truck for safety. They called over 3500 dollars of work required on a truck with only50,000 km on it. Took it to Canadian Tire and it passed with flying Color’s. Absolutely unbelievable.will never go there again
