My initial introduction to Pickering Acura involved a sales associate named Ian.
At the time we met, I wasn’t sure if I was ready to pull the trigger on a car sale because we were living in unfamiliar times – Covid.
Ian was far from aggressive. In fact, it was his patience that led to me to my purchase.
During the sales process, I was encouraged to take advantage of the extended warranty, which made sense to accept at the time because the environment we were all experiencing.
I have to say, it was a decision I far from regret.
Fast forward to today. The extended warranty has helped me address service issues that no one could have predicted.
Recalls are to be expected but when it comes to high valued purchases such as a car, warranties are often a blessing.
I’ve had to bring my car in for service work, which have caused personal inconveniences.
However, with employees such as the service manager Don along with Sohail, Arash and Emily, my service experiences have met expectations and more.
The service desk has gone above and beyond.
They are empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient.
You can train employees on policies and procedures, but kindness and likeability are not attributes that apply to just anyone.
Given my overall sales and service experience with Pickering Acura, there is NO doubt in my mind that when I’m ready for an upgrade, this location will be my go-to Acura Dealership.
