I went to service my Honda CR-V and made an appointment the day before. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and I arrived 15 minutes early with my two daughters. One of the customer service representatives took my car keys and gave me a free TTC Presto card. He told me to come back after two hours.
I returned at 1:30 p.m., but my car was still not ready. In the end, I didn’t leave the dealership until 3:45 p.m. My daughters were very tired, and it was especially stressful because the next day was the first day of school.
I expressed my frustration to several staff members, including the manager, but no one seemed to care. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I will never return to this location again.
To make matters worse, a week earlier, I received a “Happy Birthday” gift of a free car wash from them. When I showed it to the staff, they told me it was sent by mistake.
