Buying a a good Car and having strong after sales service, reminds me GM cars and Roy Foss supportive after sales service. Having a surgery with the best Surgeon is great, but it nursing is not good enough then the positions suffers if not die. Anytime I had any issue Roy Foss service friends most welcome me and everybody concern about your satisfaction. May God Bless all of them the manager, the great supervisor David and Lauren at closing give you a great feeling. Thanks Nick to sell me the car and Jacky support. Took my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross for a safety inspection - Theo

Took my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross for a safety inspection as I moved back to Ontario from out of province so needed to get a safety. I also took a Chevy Malibu for a safety at the same time for convenience. When I called to get the price of the safety, I was told $60 each. When I arrived at the dealer, they had me sign the work order and the price was $112 for each vehicle. I asked why the cost was so much. I was told that was the cost of the safety. When I paid for the safety, the total was $180.74. I asked about the original price of $112 that was written down on the form I signed, and I was told “that must have been a typo.” We left our vehicles there while they did the safety inspections and walked to a coffee shop. As we were walking back, I get a phone call from the service department saying that the Malibu needed new rotors in order to pass the safety inspection. She said that they were very rusty. The cost for this would have been over $400. I told the staff member that we were on our way back from the coffee shop and to not do anything to the vehicle until we get there and discuss with the technician. We arrived back at the dealer, the technician took us back to the Malibu, where it was up on the hoist. He indicated that the rotors were very rusty. While we were looking at the vehicle, my husband asked to look at one of the outboard shoes, which the technician had removed and was on the bench. The shoe had no glazing, no cracks, had plenty of material, way past the legal limit and no major grooving. My husband then removed the inboard shoe from the vehicle with his fingers which came out easily (not stuck). The vehicle recently had a brake service. The technician paused, my husband explained that the brakes would pass safety easily. The technician said “oh, do you want me to clean them up?” My husband said no, that the vehicle did not require a brake service. We asked the technician if the vehicle would pass safety like this, he said that it would, he just wanted to bring it to our attention. When we said that we didn’t want to proceed to get new rotors, the technician offered to do a brake service (at a cost of approximately $150) We said no to this. We went back out to the service counter. The person that called me was chit chatting for several minutes with one of the other staff members, totally ignoring us as we were standing there waiting to be seen to. This was the same staff member that told us we needed to pay over $400 for new rotors to pass safety. I will make the drive to a different Toyota dealer as I do not trust the service staff at this dealership. They tried to rip us off, lied to us about the rotors needing to be replaced in order to get the safety and then changed the price of the safety when it was time to pay. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Today I had an oil change appointment and tire rotation booked for 3:30pm at S&B Keswick. I had made the appointment last week. I was there for 3:30pm and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour, hour 15 max. So I brought a book and sat and waited. At 4:30pm I look out the window and see my Jeep in the same parking spot where I parked it. I went up to the front desk and asked politely if my Jeep were ready and the employee was running around saying I haven’t gotten the papers back yet and kept referring to me as “sweetie” running around back and forth from the front office. By then it was 5:10pm I noticed a employee going to my Jeep with the keys I then said “wait is he going to do my oil change right now?” And she said yes. I said no and had to run outside to the employee and ask him for my keys back. I then went inside and asked to speak to the manager. He then came out of the side room and just stared at me. Instead of apologizing or trying the make the situation better, he just blamed everyone else “change of shifts, the bay was full” which non of this was true since I had been sitting inside the whole time since 3:30pm. I am disappointed and disgusted that I was forgotten about and that my appointment meant nothing to them. I also think it’s unprofessional for an employee to refer to customers as “sweetie” it’s degrading and disrespectful especially for one woman to call another woman sweetie. I will be going to a different Jeep dealership from now on. S&B Keswick has lost my respect. Don’t go here. They’ll forget about you.

Several times I spent a lot of money trying to fix problems that either were not there or they did not fix. For example, several times they told me my brakes weer shot and I needed all new brakes, rotors and pads. I said I would wait for them to wear out completely and start making noise. 3 years later was when the front brakes were replaced and now 4 years later the back brakes still have wear left on them. I spent over $800 to replace the strut bushings because this was the cause of an annoying squeak. 1 week later the squeaking was back. They also tried to tell me the my struts were almost shot and should be replaced on the front to the tune of another $600. 4 years later and the front struts are still going strong. I was told that due to the expensive nature of our oil filter the oil changes were $100 for the vehicle. We finally moved our car to another dealer. Oil changes are about $50, they told us the truth about the brakes and laughed when I told them about the struts and said they were fine. Saturn cars are good cars. Just find yourself an honest dealer. The bad reputation and service of this dealer is directly responsible for me not buying another GM car after having several over the years.

Zero rating if possible, I never expected such rude people can work for Kia. Kia should take note. The car in warranty and service is denied with a manufacturing defect that I got done from another dealership. never returned to such a dealership. Was shocked when the service manager had the same attitude and zero customer care.

I was given their car back after a complimentary wash with leaves and other debris that wasn’t there before I dropped it off in the passenger floorboard, not to mention the greasy hand prints and water spots from it not being dried. I was promised a call from a manager of whom I have not heard from at the time of this review.

Dear friends, I would like to share with you my negative experience with Mitsubishi service, my car was leaking oil from the transmission, when I first went, they told me that the seals needed to be changed and that I would have to pay $700 since it was not under warranty, and I paid it. They delivered my vehicle after the seal change. I checked it 2 days later and the leakage continued. I went to the service again for the second time and they told me that they would change the seals again. This did not make sense because the problem was not solved when we changed it the first time, but I accepted it desperately. and the change was made. After the second seal change, I took the vehicle back and after driving it for a few days, I noticed that the leakage continued again. I went to the service for the third time and they said they would check it and get back to me. They would take me inside at 3 pm and start checking it. They sent me a message at 3:20 the same day and said that the transfer case needed to be changed and that it would cost about $3400. I cannot understand how they check it in 20 minutes. How can the technical service charge me 700 dollars for my oil leak complaint and return the vehicle to me without resolving the problem even though I went there 3 times? I complained to the general management. They say there is no factory defect without even reading my complaint. They gave me my car without resolving the problem even though I paid a fee. Is this really the Mitsubishi customer experience?
