Was heading from Sudbury to Ottawa on the Friday of a long weekend pulling a travel trailer. Just before the Arnprior exit around 2:00pm, the truck went into limp mode. We limped to the dealership and the service department said they would take a look. Turned out it was an injector and a harness. They did not have the required parts, but sourced them from two other dealers to arrive by the next morning. They let us set up our trailer outside the gate beside the sales area and provided us with water and electricity for the evening. The mechanic, James, started dismantling the truck late Friday afternoon. At 9:15 the next morning (Sat), James knocked on the trailer door to tell us the truck was ready to go. We're cannot thank Dave, the service Manager, enough for the great way they took care of us. At some point late on Friday, Mike, the sales manager, even came by to make sure we were doing ok. Crooked as a dogs Hind Leg” is the BEST description of Rendezvous Nissan located in Hawkesbury. So far they have also reported my review twice and had it removed twice... so here is is going up AGAIN. I advise you consumers who purchase a vehicle at ANY dealership that the so called ADMIN fee is NOT a obligatory fee. It is a cash grab that goes directly into the dealerships pocket. No financial institution charges 599.00 to do anything. The cost of a vehicles pre-Inspection or “PDI” does NOT cost 599.00 nor does licencing. I say this as you will understand the story in a moment. Names of the victims have been changed for privacy sake – however names of the offenders shall remain. On October 21st 2019 a family member of mine went shopping for a Nissan QuashQai. That being said the cost of said vehicle was 25294.51 the cost of the enviro fees was 15.00 delivery was 1950.00, Federal Air Conditioner Tax was 100.00, ADMIN (the do nothing fee) was 599.00. Taxes are not included in here on the vehicle. The family member in question was a woman in her 60’s and did not know that the admin fee is NOT mandatory. I got involved in this issue when my family member showed me the contract that was signed (sadly once a contract is signed it is set) she did not know that this fee was negotiable. I digress however. Today 12/30/2019 I contacted this dealership and spoke to her salesperson Kyle Macrimmon a very unpleasant salesperson and inquired as to what the ADMIN fee included. Kyle sputtered around the issue and attempted to tell me that it included “little things” I again inquired as to what those “little things” were. He was unable to tell me what those were of course (which I expected) as they do not cover anything other than money in the dealerships pocket. He informed me that he would have a manger call me back. Wayne Burge then called me back. I asked Mr. Burge to explain in detail what their ADMIN fee included. Wayne informed me in covered such things as licencing (When’s the last time you paid 599.00 to have your vehicle licenced in ANY province?), and financing work (the vehicle was purchased for CASH) so fail # 2 (and since when does setting up financing cost 599.00?), and pre-delivery (Baloney that’s the cost of doing business the dealership pays for). I then gave Mr. Burge some options. Option # 1 Refund the fee and I drop this matter, Option # 2 Explain the fee so that it makes sense or Option # 3 I contact OMVIC and write a nice personal review of this crooked dealership. Since I’ve written this I’ll assume you dear reader can come to the conclusion of which option the dealerships representative has chosen. Actually, I asked Mr. Burge to tell me what he would be doing about this matter. Mr. Burge was so kind as to inform me that he would do “nothing”. So once again dear reader(s) please inform yourself before you go shopping for vehicles that the only OBLIGATORY fees that come standard with the car buying experience are as follows: What you see in the window sticker in the vehicle plus tax, freight, Air Conditioning Tax, Environmental Fees, and the cost of the OMVIC licence. And a look on OMVIC go to their website will confirm your rights. I strongly suggest doing so before car buying. Dear Mr. Kego the owner of said dealership. You can remain very proud going forward knowing full well that your staff are so happy to rip off the common consumer on your vehicles as so it seems are you sir. I shall give you all an A+ for that. Hang your heads tall for that, or take a bow, you’ve certainly earned it. Rest assured OMVIC will be advised. I’ll be happy to take down this review for you though. The cost of its removal a paltry 599.00 All the best in 2020!

I have been a customer of this dealership when it was called Yonge North Mitsubishi for 10 years servicing there at least 3 Mitsubishi cars at a time. I have swapped and stored wheels there for 10 years until...they have claimed that I did not leave my wheels in storage with them and now I am forced to fight to get back the all weather wheels for my family's 3 cars. The dealership has rejected my claim immediately without investigating properly what has happened and treated me very badly. I did not expect this after being a loyal customer of the dealer for over 10 years. If I have to buy new original wheels that is going to cost me $ 15,000 or $ 7 to 8,000 if I settle for non original equipment. My mistake has been that I trusted my dealer too much and did not notice that the invoices did not exactly describe the job done. My whole family is devastated by the way we have been treated and will never service our cars there again. They should realize that wit their behavior they have lost a few thousand dollars revenue per year from my 3 cars.

Took our car in for a recall service. Was told it also needed work done on front struts. They kept the car for 8 months, due to "part being on order" Yes they gave us a garishly painted loaner, but over the whole time they failed keep us updated on what was happening and when it was finally fixed the bill was $1000.00 more than estimated (by them). Had to argue to get a "discount" and was made to feel like a penny pincher. Really awful awful service. There are plenty of other dealers and all are better. Went to Newmarket Mitsu and was treated much better. I also dealt with RJ who was the best of a bad lot.

After discouraging performances with dealers in 2 counties I made a point to travel extra distance while in Sarnia to try these guys out. My daughter referred me and she travels from Midland to Wallaceburg to do so. We are from Wiarton , neither of us,around the corner. From the time we walked up to the service desk to the time we drove away, the whole interaction was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The communication during the frustrating problem my vehicle presented was outstanding. As a customer without history in the dealership, I felt important and that my business was valued regardless of the fact my truck was a 2008. Some corrective work to shoddy work by another dealership will be done later and we will drive the 3 1/2 hours because they are worth it! When we buy another vehicle, the same will apply. A big thank you to Amanda, Shane and the rest of the service team for the excellent a fast service I received. Much appreciated. Amanda and Shane, eventhough they were swamped with other vehicles and I brought my car in with a leaking brake line unexpected, still made me feel like my situation was important to them. I brought it in on Tuesday at 1pm and they had the brake line along with a list of other things I had an appointment for on April 16th, done by Thursday at 4pm and they were closed Wednesday. Shane phoned a couple of times just to keep me informed of what was happening. In this time of Covid 19 it's nice to still see ppeople who care. Thanks again.

Deceived ,lied too and squeezed for extra cash.......... - I'llneverforget

People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people NEVER forget how you made them feel. I feel like I was deceived, lied too and squeezed for extra cash every time they called me. My Service advisor, every time she call, would find any way to squeeze me for extra cash on the job. Which by the way went to someone else. Her attention to detail was so great, on the final invoice, her contact number which she called me nine times, was complete incorrect! The Service Manager was upset cause she believed my vehicle was being services some where else. Like she owned the vehicle. NEWS FLASH............. It will be now for sure! Great Customer Service ! I guess the bottom line of what I'am saying is , go through you final invoice THOROUGHLY!! My was complete incorrect and the my service advisor try to tell me it was a small mistype on the her behalf. Hard to believe that the number could change from a 1 to a 9 which is on the other side of a keyboard. One of the manager"s try to tell me to pay the invoice in full and they would credit my account....LOL.I don't believe you'll see this account used here again.

WARNING: THIS WILL NOT BE A SHORT REVIEW. If you want a thorough review with regards to Rogers Motors and all you will ever need to know about their customer care, mechanic service and pricing, this is the review for you. That being said, here it is. I would like to start by providing background as to who this Rogers Motors Team is before I continue to discuss aspects of their work. I would know all this because I have had multiple discussions with the family as if they were mine and in order for me to truly provide a detailed review, I feel this information is vital into truly understanding the whole Rogers Motors brand. Rogers Motors is a family owned and operated business consisting of the father (Refaat) and his three sons (Roger, Ray and Mathew). The father has been in and around cars from such a young age and has raised his three sons with this same environment of being around cars at such a young age as well. The reason why I feel the need to state this and believe it is of significance is, this alone to me shows the family is not just in the business for the sake of business, but also because they genuinely enjoy the type of business. Especially in such a business which is regarded and continuously found reputable as the most corrupt and devious business, I never felt, I REPEAT I NEVER felt any of that when dealing with Rogers Motors. With regards to any car dealership, one needs to address three fundamental aspects such as customer care, mechanic service and the overall pricing of both the previous aspects. I found in all three characteristics, Rogers Motors does not only excel, but horrifically trumps the other used car dealerships. First off; customer care. I had a 2001 Dodge Neon which had been banged up, rusted, and so many problems it was due to die on me within a few months. I wanted to get ahead and search for a car so in case my car finally gives away; I am able to know which car I want and where to purchase it. I had quickly performed a search for a Nissan Rogue which was the car I was interested in on Google, and Rogers Motors website popped up. I looked through their inventory, found exactly what I was looking for and for a great price. I thought it was too unreal to be true, so that is why I felt the need to physically go and check out the car. When I first walked into Rogers Motors around late 2011, I was greeted by Mathew. Great Guy! Asked me why I wanted the Rogue and if I wanted that car specifically or similar. Gave me the keys, left me alone to just look at it. I have never had or even heard of anyone in the business performing such an act. That alone impressed. I fell in love with the car. Great condition, in the color I had wanted, low kilometers; overall, exactly the car I envisioned in my head with the budget I envisioned. The only “make it or break it” deal for me was going to be how much I was going to get for my neon. And yes you guessed it, I received the best price anyone has ever offered me for my trade in car. I didn't even have to wait for my car to die on me, this was an opportunity that I didn't want to regret so I had to act. Unfortunately, I didn't have the cash up front, and I stated that issue to Mathew discretely, he in turn looked at me with “don’t worry, we can solve this for you”. What do you know, he set me up with a great financing deal and before I knew it, I had a 2008 Nissan Rogue(which I currently still drive today) as of March 2012. I WAS NEVER PRESSURED INTO PURCHASING ANYTHING. Warranty was advised for my benefit, which I chose not to purchase, but I WAS NEVER PRESSURED, which is the main point. So far customer care has been over and beyond and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Within a couple of days, I had my new car ready to go without any extra hidden fees or hassle. I simply arrived on pick up day, both brothers Ray and Mathew, congratulated me and I was on my way. I had purchased a few cars from prior dealerships, new and used, and pick up day was never this easy. Customer Care, Check! Now, moving forward to Mechanic Service. Rogers Motors provides car service on their cars which they have sold to you and we all know that every car needs standard maintenance such as oil changes. Within three months, I needed a typical oil change routine, I called, made an appointment, went in for the service, and left. None of this "oh, it needs this or that" routine we are so used to seeing. This oil change was exactly just that, an oil change. That made sense to me because I barely drove the car for the first few months, so there shouldn't have been any need for anything major;HONESTY AT ITS FINEST!I promise you all that the "oil change routine" is still going on until today, and until today it is the same thing; if something needs to be repaired or replaced, I'm notified, if it doesn't.....it doesn't. Quick, Easy, and all for a fair price. However, every car throughout its use it does through “wear and tear”. This is where I want everyone to pay attention. I’m sure everyone has been to either a private mechanic before or went through their car dealer and know the sky rocketing prices everyone mostly charges; well not Rogers Motors. They provide fair prices for what service you require. The first incident of “wear and tear” I had with them was my brakes. I brake a lot, I know I have that problem in my driving, so this alone causes me to overuse the brakes than normal. I have never been offered such a competitive price for quality brakes. I would also like to mention that have purchased both winter tires and a new set of all season tires for the lowest price on the market. Whatever budget you have, they will find you your item. Once again, I was impressed with now another aspect of Rogers Motors. This next situation really showed me the integrity and character as Rogers Motors with regards to mechanic service. In my household, I also have a 2005 Dodge Caravan WHICH WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM ROGERS MOTORS. I had a problem with the water pump and the van was overheating. This was around late summer so the weather was still fairly hot so this problem needed to be resolved instantly. I decided just to call Mathew and see if he knew anyone or anything that can be done. I mean so far this place has not let me down, why would I not try and call them. Anyways, Mathew is in no way, shape or form, obligated to help me. At this point if he said, “sorry, I will try and see” or “sorry, I’ll get back to you”, and didn't, I still wouldn't be upset because at this point everything on the car he sold to me has been perfect, however THIS CAR IS NOT FROM HIS LOT and anything that is to be done would be out of having integrity and to stay loyal to the customer. Anyways, I brought in my van, problem was resolved and resolved for once again a fair price. This service to my Nissan Rogue or to my Van has been ongoing throughout this whole time. Service ranging from simple windshield wiper replacements to a new exhaust on my van, has been exquisite. Mechanic Service, Check! Lastly, time to discuss pricing! This is the main aspect everyone always looks to with regards to purchasing used cars! I briefly discussed the pricing situations from when I purchased my Car back in 2012 and pricing throughout my required service. However, I cannot emphasize how much the pricing provided by the Rogers Motors team is HONEST and FAIR. I GUARANTEE THAT NO MATTER WHERE YOU WILL GO, WHETHER IT BE TO PURCHASE A NEW QUALITY CAR OR FOR SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A BETTER PRICE THAN THE ONE PROVIDED BY ROGERS MOTORS. I am one of those people that believes you get what you pay for. That being said, depending on what you are looking to do to your car, whether it is winter tires for the harsh GTA winters, or it is brakes for all those quick brakers such as myself, do not think twice, and go to Rogers Motors. Pricing, Check! I was going to wait to post a review when I returned my vehicle. I never thought it made sense to post a review after just purchasing a car because you can’t really assess such aspects of a dealership unless it’s over time. The reason why I decided to post this review now, rather than sooner or later, because now I am currently out of province and my car is currently being used by my mother and my car needed another oil change routine. I was on the phone with my mother and she could not stop talking about how great she loved Rogers Motors. My mother always felt like she was being hassled to fix something unnecessary on the car, or that her car needs this or that and we all know the rest of the story. However, even with my family, I can completely trust Rogers Motors. At this point, not posting a review is just me being unjust to a business that has only treated me and my family, like family. Rogers Motors is not just your typical used car dealership. Everyone on the team, and they work as a team, wants to help find you exactly what you are looking for. I genuinely wish all businesses are run this way with such friendliness, truthfulness, reliability and honesty. I have concluded in my life, that no matter what vehicle I am looking to purchase, whether for me or any of my family members, Rogers Motors is the place. I trust the quality, I trust the service and I trust the pricing provided along the way. You will not regret your decision to go to Rogers Motors. They work so hard to maintain their brand with a good reputation and that alone goes such a long in such a corrupt and dirty industry. I hope this review has been detailed enough. I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.

I have been going to this dealership when it was a Suzuki dealership. I always received excellent service. My son bought his cars from here and I bought 2015 Mustibishi RVR with Jimmy's recommendation. Jimmy and Sean were a great team. Since the new owner took over there has been a constant turnover of Service Managers, but the mechanics are good as my car is running smoothly.
